Sling TV review: Unauthorized charge

I canceled my $40/month sling tv subscription on 1/1/25 and was unknowingly continuously charged for 10 months at $79.95/month on my credit card. I was denied a complete refund from sling. I was even told there was no usage on my account during the 10 months I was charged. I never authorized sling tv to bill me monthly as I canceled the subsription 1/1/25. I reached out to sling tv about these charges, but they just said sorry for the inconvenience and refunded me $79.95 for the month of october 2025 not the 9 prior months that I was being charged.
