Skechers USA defective product

Good Evening,

Below you will see Sketchers sneakers that I purchesed for my granddaughter merely 3 weeks ago. The sneaker have been worn 4 times and the sole has come off of them. Needless to say this is very very disappointing. We had no choice but to try and glue them as they are her only pair of shoes for school. I am asking for some type of reimbursement or replacement as I do not think the sole will stay in tack.

Skechers USA women’s squad sr black

They are not slip resistant in the least. I slip and almost fall constantly. I have fallen straight on my backside, but the final straw was falling straight on my knee, because I couldn't get traction. I have worn Skechers work shoes for the last 10 years and I have always been happy with them, until now. I only bought this particular pair because no one had the pair I normally wore, and I was told they were discontinued. I would really like my faith restored in the Skechers work shoe family.

Skechers USA 2 pairs of tennis shoes

I bought 2 pairs of tennis shoes for my children for school. We bought them at the Tanger Outlet in Hershey Pa. They were super excited especially my special needs child because his shoes lit up. Well so disappointed in these shoes they only wore them twice, put them on for the first day of school & my sons no longer light up 😩 My daughter has only 1 that still lights up. They only had the shoes for 7 days & already they stopped working! Can't return them because we live 3 hours from the store. We were there for a appointment for my son. Please let me know if there is anything I can do! Thanks so much Lisa

Skechers USA asana yoga mat white flip flops

The rhinestones on the left inside flip flop are all falling off. This is the only place they are coming off. These are my favorite and are very comfortable but now they look horrible and don't like to wear them any more. Is there anyway to fix this? Would like to purchase black ones but do not want this happen again. I would rather not have rhinestones at all then have this happen.

Skechers USA women's skechers work briscoe steel toe briscoe sr black/gray/pink

I bought these shoes on 8/20/2018. I have always bought skechers sneakers and was hoping for the same comfort since they had the memory foam in them. These are the absolute most uncomfortable steel toe shoe I have ever worn. I just started a new job and needed them. I tried them on, they fit great, nothing rubbed. The more I wear them the more uncomfortable they become. I have already added insoles, they are not flexible to walk in, and my feet are so sore not even an hour into my shift. If I could return these I would. I paid $60 for them and I cant afford another pair of steel toes for several weeks. I have tried different socks, added the insole and they are still very uncomfortable. I have also added band aids for cushions on my toes. I am very disappointed in this shoe

Skechers USA walking shoes design flaw

I purchased a pair of Skechers in March of 2017. It was very comfortable at first. I wore it to walk on treadmills, etc. mainly for exercising. About April of this year, I noticed that the back of my left foot had a cut. I put a band-aid over it and did not pay too much attention. Not until two months ago (June), I noticed that the cause of the continuous irritation is related to a piece of metal sticking out at the back of my left Skechers. I want to let you know that I believe either the design or the production quality of the shoes needs to be revised and improved.

Skechers USA childrens sneakers

On 8/14/18 I purchased 4 pairs of sneakers in the amount of $280. I went to the Willowbrook, Wayne, NJ store today 8/24 and wanted to purchase 4 more pairs of sneakers. The BOGO promotion was still available at this store. The sizes were a 13 and an 8 kids. No matter which sneaker I wanted this store did not have the size. We chose over 10 different ones and no luck. I asked the person to at least bring me out as many of each size and we will pick from them but again whatever we chose was not available and there were not many for him to show me. Also, many of the sneakers were not even available on line because they were either out of stock or discontinued. I went home to order the BOGO (which the store offered last week and this week) and the BOGO was not available on-line. I was never told that. I called your customer service and I asked if they can give me a promo code and they said no. Customer service told me that it's a busy time of year and maybe the store was out of stock. That's an awful lot of sneakers not to be available. It is a busy time and your stores should increase their inventory and also put a sign on the sneakers that have limited availability. I am disgusted and honestly can get what I want on other web sites.

Skechers USA skechers men's work cottonwood goddard slip on, black - 10 d (m) us

Hi,
I purchased a pair of Skechers Men's Work Cottonwood Goddard Slip On, Black - 10 D(M) US in May & the front has completely worn away. Hi,
I purchased a pair of Skechers Men's Work Cottonwood Goddard Slip On, Black - 10 D(M) US in May & the front has completely worn away. I wear black slip ons from various companies for years & never had any issues like this in only a few months. It looks awful & I have gotten multiple comments from co workers how it looks awful, I doubt this is supposed to happen but I would be happy to provide photos over in hopes of getting a replacement copy sent. Please let me know how to go about that

Skechers USA manager

My son saw a homeless man asking for shoes and drove to your store to buy him some. The cashier also wanted to show good-will and asked for his employee discount to be applied to the $50 total. The manager refused. I buy all of my shoes at this store and they aren't cheap. I don't give a rat's a** about your policies. Sometimes, giving back is the best policy. My son has 3 young children and a sick wife to attend to. I am ashamed of telling all my friends how much I love Skechers and believe me~THAT will change! You will get NO MORE of MY money and I am going to broadcast to everyone who will listen, of your BS, selfish policies! GOOD DAY SIR?MA'AM! The address for this store is: 86 E. Skechers USA Skechers air cooler memory foam shoes

Bought these shoes a few weeks ago. Worst decision ever! I work for home depot and I'm constantly on my feet, these shoes has been no help . They're very hard and uncomfortable, feels like im wearing concrete blocks for shoes!Absolutely will not be spending my hard earned money on skechers anymore! Champion shoes are my new go-to, at least I know I'm getting my money's worth!

Skechers USA energy lights

Hi we just bought energy lights skechers for our youngest daughter size 11 to be exact from famous footwear outlet from Fremont Indiana 6245 n old 27. There were multiple colors but only one size 11 in royal blue which was perfect but one shoe didn't light up we just assuned kids had played with it and it needed charged. Eager our 4 year old put her new shoes on. Now the problem we get him which we live in edon oh charge the shoes for 2 hours and nothing. It wont light up it didnt even light up when we were charging it. You know as well as we do we can't return shoes that are already worn. So what do we do now.. Skechers USA relaxedfit memory foam shoes

I have been trying for a few months now to obtain a replacement pair of shoes from Skechers! After wearing my RelaxedFit shoes two or three times within the first thirty days of ownership, the cloth across the top of the shoes became quite wrinkled!

I currently own three other pair of Skechers shoes (GOGOLF, GOWALK and another pair of casual shoes) which I am completely satisfied with! I'm simply asking Skechers to provide me with a pair of shoes that present a neat, professional appearance of their products and that measure up to my standard of what a good looking, comfortable, stylish shoe should look like!

I purchased shoes from sketchers showroom Phoenix mall Pune in the month of month of June ending.I am from Jammu.In the month of July I returned back to jammu.After ten or fifteen days of wearing my shoes torn out from inside it started hurting my feet.Now tell me how can I get it repaired..or replaced.As I first time purchased sketchers shoes .Heard a lot about this brand but very much disappointed.Hope my issue will be resolved.So that in future also we purchase sketchers.

Skechers USA boys’ s lights: energy lights

Bought these in April 2018 for my 8yo.. he wore them a handful of times because they hurt his pinky toes.. they worked fine with no issues for the few times he wore them. Put them back on again in June only to find the lights longer worked properly.. the lights lite up in various colors half green and half blue or pink with one orange light lit or half the shoe not lighting up at all. Very irritated that I paid 60+ dollars for a pair of shoes to only wear a handful of times before they no longer work properly! While they weren't comfortable for daily wear they were still good for a dressier look when orange tennis shoes weren't appropriate. I really expected better from the Sketchers Brand!

Skechers USA skechers for work women's kincaid callao work shoe, black, 6 m us sku 76597

I have only been wearing these a few months to work, not everyday, and the rubber fingers on the sole are falling off making the shoe uneven and when walking. It is like the rubber layer is crumbling away. I hope you can see in the pictures that these shoes have not been worn very much even though they were purchase several months ago. I am very disappointed as I thought sketchers was a quality brand. I would like to have these replaced if this particular lot was defective or I would like a refund if this is a defect in this SKU. I have had Etienne Aigner flats for 5/6 years and the soles are still okay. They were purchased through Amazon but I am past their return policy and this is a Sketchers product quality issue.

Skechers USA sneakers

I purchased the slip on sneakers from Skechers.com 5 months ago... Already the inside of the shoe where my foot goes is literally wearing out... There are two huge holes and the front of my feet are litterally rubbing the sole of my shoe. I'm not. A happy customer as these sneakers where expensive! Not happy! Below you will see pictures of my shoes which are only 5 months old.. I only wear them to work! I called customer service and they state there is no warranty on their product! They just lost a customer!

Skechers USA skechers steel toe work shoe

I have always had good service out of my skechers work shoes til now. This last pair i bought they have changed the design and i just be honest I am very disappointed. The threads at the time of the left show have come loose after only about two weeks of wear. Now I am at four weeks and the threads have come loose about an inch and the tread is wearing quickly. I am not one to usually complain but I just think some type of refund, coupon, or some compensation would be a nice gesture. Thank you for your time and look forward to hearing from you. Can send pictures.

Skechers USA skechers women's meditation rose gold/extra hole in shoe

I purchased these flip flop shoes at famous footwear online 07/14/18 and when i got the in the mail i opened the package to find a nice pair (cute) flip flops and when i pulled out the right shoe there is 2 wholes where the thong part of the shoe is(where your big toe and 2nd toe go.I purchased these for my vacation, which now i don't wanna even take them.I never even tried them on because i'm just disappointed in the quality of the shoe. You mean to tell me whom ever packaged them did't see a problem. I buy lots of skechers, never had a problem before.

Skechers USA skechers algeria shoes paid more than 40% from initial price

Dear Sir.
Before starting my complaint I inform you that I did not find contact link or phone to submit my complaint about a scam from my point of view in one of your shop located in Algeria (Address: Avenue Mohamed Boudiaf. Blida Zip Code 09000 Algeria). (excuse me for the word scam as I can not find any other word to explain what happened to me)
Today I had a bad experience when doing an exchange of shoes that I bought a few days before.
Historical issue:
- Few days ago at 9:00 PM local time I bought a shoes for my mom that I paid 7200 DZD (approx 60$) but the seller did not give me at this time an invoice explaining to me that it is the closing time and he had already closed the system of payment and he is Not able to issue an invoice for me. This was strange for me.
I asked him the question clearly in case of exchange since my mom wanted to try again the new shoes at home than he confirmed to me that I can return them for exchange at any time and the exchange will be without any problem.
I was confident...
- Two days later I came back to exchange the shoes but I was told that there was no availability of size and they are waiting for a new arrival of shipment in a few days and we will find more models and choices. Another time and again the sllers said that it will be No problem and I can made my exchange at any time. I asked again for my receipt and they responded to me No worry about the receipt.
- Today I came back to make this exchange by choosing another model that costs 7500 DZD (approx 63.2$).
- So from my opinion I had to pay an additional amount 300 DZD (Approx 2.5$).
- But I was surprised to hear the two sellers who were present on the 07/15/18 at 8:45 PM Algerian time informing me that the price for the shoes that returned is 4900DZD (Approx 41.3$) so the current price is almost 32% off and they will Not take in consideration and assume that I bought the shoes at 4900DZD and Not the exact price that I paid 7200DZD. I was trying to explain to them that this is Not correct and I will be paying an additional amount of 2600DZD.
- I paid the sum of 2600DZD that is not fair for me. Before that I asked to see the supervisor but the two sellers informed me that he is absent and you can talk to him only tomorrow morning but he will not be able to do any thing for you. because it's like that...

Sir, waiting for your feedback that can explain why I am forced to pay more than 40% of the initial amount and more than 70% from the actual price of today.

Skechers USA defective elite sketchers

I purchased a pair of Elite Sketchers in a womens size 8.5 black in color from a Sketchers store approximately 100 miles from where i live while i was traveling. They have only been worn about 9 times. Recently while i was wearing them and walking in my home, practically the whole length of the right side of the left shoe just split and not even in the seam. Its very apparent that the materials must of been defective. I have always been a faithful sketchers customer with no issues in the past. I choose sketchers for their comfort, quality and longevity of wear. However i have other brand options available to me to choose from as well as cheaper and possibly less quality options. If i were to choose to go with the cheaper option possibly without the longetivity of wear. I feel it maybe the equivalent of my last purchase at less cost, so it seems like the common sense option to go with. I would rather continue to be faithful to sketchers however and my hope is that you will stand behind your product so that my loyalty to your company can continue.
