I have rented a car from Sixt rent office at the Western Grand Hotel in Munich, Germany. from 8th Aug. till the 18th of Aug. i did pay for the fall amount for the rent also they garaged me 500 Euros as a deposit which i also paid the same to them, they promise after two weeks on returning the car the 500 Euro will be returned to my account. since returning the car on the 18th of Aug. and update 15th sept. there is no payment of my deposit, tried to call so Meny times to the representative and kept telling me that will credit my account, but i am not getting anywhere with their representative.
