Refund on booking
I was promised a full refund by customer service agent Ettore, which surprise, surprise I never received. I then called back and again spoke with another agent who said they would follow up with me, well that went absolutely NOWHERE! Now the booking I cancelled and still have an outstanding credit with Discovercars is floating around in never never land...

Be careful, they are a massive scammers. They offer a small price but they setup a timing when you arrived at the rental office that you as customer never setup. I did like that, I have never setup a time, my fly arrived 2 hours after and the rental company has declined my hiring car booking. I called back to discover car and they did not refund anything...
