I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding my recent flights with Singapore Airlines.

Flight numbers: SQ158 / SQ324
Dates of travel: 17 November 2025 / 13 February 2026
Route: Amsterdam – Ho Chi Minh City & return
During our travel, my husband became unexpectedly ill, and we needed to change our return flight to an earlier date. In a moment of stress and anxiety, I accidentally pressed the “cancel” button, which resulted in the entire booking being canceled.
Immediately after realizing this, I called Singapore Airlines customer service for assistance. Less than a minute into the call, I was told: “Sorry, we cannot help you. The booking cannot be restored.” I was not offered any alternative solutions or support, and the call ended without any further assistance.
I find this response extremely disappointing and not in line with the high standard of service I expected from Singapore Airlines. I would appreciate a clear explanation of why no assistance or alternatives were offered, and I kindly request that you consider a resolution to rectify this situation, as the cancellation was accidental and under stressful circumstances.
