Shell review: Overcharge for fuel at Shell Timewise store #299 at 6750 FM 1463 Rd, Fulshear, Texas 77441

I purchased fuel at this station at 12:55 PM on 6/05/23, pump Number 11 and was charged for Vpower premium at $3.889 per gallon, but I chose Regular at $2.92 per gallon. I inserted my card and was asked if I would like the $.05 discount for being a Shell member. I said yes and inserted my card, then chose Regular fuel. I was told I would get $.03 discount per gallon. The regular price lit up and showed reduction from $2.95, down to $2.92 per gallon. Then filled up. Once full, the machine did not ask if I wanted a receipt (this is the fourth time recently at this station that I was not asked if I wanted a receipt). Then I noticed I was charged $60.76 for 15.623 gallons, which is $3.889 per gallon. I then went into the store to inquire why I was charged for premium, when I chose regular, and why didn’t the machine ask if I wanted a receipt. The manager on duty (Hamza Kahn) then came out and checked the machine and said it was alright, but he would fill out a complaint for me. Since he did not fill one out online (just wrote info on a sticky note), I personally smell a rat. I would like this addressed and I would like to be reimbursed for my roughly $15 overcharge. I also intend to report this to the Texas Weights and Measures. 4 times not being asked for a receipt is a little interesting.
