Food order
3/26/22 at 340pm I ordered food and some of it was wrong.
I ordered a cheesesteak hoagie and they added Mayo which I didn’t order on mine.
I hate Mayo! I ordered two drinks. My husband wanted whipped cream and chocolate on the top of his and he didn’t get it. My smoothie was nasty! It was watery and tasted my pure syrup.
I had to pitch it.
What a way to ruin my dinner before work!

I had ordered a Cup of deep-fried pickles And received a bag instead. My order # is #467 which included macNcheese bites, a grilled cheese and 2 shakes. I called the store to tell them my name my order and that the deep-fried pickles weren't in a cup like I had order and that next time to please have my order correct! They were not busy whatsoever. The woman who answered the phone had said yahoo what shut up, and hung up on me! Store # 691. 11:30-11:50pm. That's no way to treat a customer I've worked the business before and i want her demoted if she's a higher up!
Workers
I came into your store at route 30 and blackbirds road at a little after 9pm. Tge clerks you have working are very unprofessional. I stood at the register and not once did they acknowledge my presence, nor say one moment please. They looked my way as they continued talking. Obviously I then just left what I was going to buy right there on the counter. Congratulations:use just lost one costumer. Good job and keep up the good work. The sheetz cashier did not know how to manually redeem a lottery scratch off. I know how to do this and I’ve never been a cashier- you enter the code or ask your shift supervisor. Instead I was sent on my way with a “sorry I don’t know how to do it”.
Sheetz needs to fully train there employees and have the supervisor actually supervising. I caused a 10 plus person line before being sent on my way. The gas station next door redeemed it in 2 seconds with no issues.
Desired outcome: I would like to know that this has been addressed with the specific store. I live across the street. I can’t rely on whether a more trained cashier is working or not.
Food Order
On Thursday, March 10, 2022 at approximately 4:00pm, I stopped at Sheets located on PA-315 in Plains Township.
I needed to grab a bite to eat prior to traveling to a work related meeting in Bloomsburg. I ordered a carved turkey wrap thinking that would hit the spot.
I was enjoying the wrap while traveling south on I-81 and was several bites into the wrap before realizing that something wasn't quite right. The paper had been left on on the carved turkey slices and included as an unsolicited ingredient. I confess I did not pay for this added extra, nor did I enjoy eating turkey flavored paper. *See attached photos*

Food chicken sandwich
I got a chicken sandwich at weirton wv sheetz and while eating it something got caught in my throat. I coughed up a sharp peice of plastic. Must have cut up my throat because now I am coughing up blood. I hope more didn't get into my system and is cutting up more of my insides... I really don't have anything else to add. Pretty sure I explained this Pretty well to what happened.
Service quality
Over the past couple weeks this sheetz location has gone down in service and food quality. Things are slower and they never ever place my food on the food holder when I order online. I assume they’re busy until I get frustrated and ask and to my surprise it’s already been sitting there for 20 minutes on average. My order number today was [protected]
Desired outcome: I would really like a refund on my food when this happens. I put my order in online to convenience of get in and get out with hot food. I have been way less than satisfied with the service at this location recently

Stopped at the Weirton Sheetz store number 234 and ordered food and a coffee. They mixed up the chicken sandwiches, gave my girlfriend the spicy chicken and me the regular. We waited a total of 30 minutes between getting the food and my coffee. My fries were soggy and cold, her mozzarella sticks burnt. My coffee was made wrong. Just all in all the worst...

tonight i ordered a turkey sub at 1:00 am with lettuce, mayo, ranch, cheese, and fry’s on top. i got a turkey sub with cheese and bacon. On top of that i waited 30 plus minutes for my MOBILE order that i ordered before i arrived. also several people that came inside to order after i arrived got theirs before me.

Sheetz station on Ramsey Street fayetteville. NC. Most of the entire staff should be fired. They stand around talking so much trash and not working that a 5 minute online order turns into a 20 minute wait.
