Mobile order was made for Sheetz store #307 address 11449 kings highway, King George, Va 22485. when I received the order I was initially given the wrong sized water bottle. Ordered 1L sized and received 20oz.

When I arrived home to eat food ordered, sauce for the cheese sticks was not in the bag.

The carmichaels Sheetz diesel pumps are extremely slow (about 1 gallon a minute) . My truck holds about 30 gallons of fuel. My time is valuable too! Also the rewards card did not work at pump!

I have been a loyal customer and have visited both stores located in Taylor, PA and Plains Twp, PA.

Every single time I visit these locations they are always out of half and half for the coffee. The French Vanilla is never stocked at either location. Needless to say they don’t even carry small creamers. I visited the Taylor location tonight and completely out of half and half, whole milk and small creamers.

The managers at these locations need to do a better job at ordering these items. I buy a ton of coffee, food and gas, but I will be doing my business at Turkey Hill.

Pissed off customer

On Feb.22, 2022 at 1:06am I walked into Sheetz store #353. I placed a food order for 4 hotdogs, a cup of curly fries, and a order of cheesy tater bombs. I waited for approximately 20 minutes for my food to be served to me. I was order #270 and atleast 2 orders that were behind me were served ahead of mine. I am very dissatisfied with the slowness of the service. There were 2 food service workers and I could see they were overwhelmed. You would think at such a busy store location there would be atleast another worker to relieve the work load and speed up the service of orders so that customers orders will be distributed in a more timely manner. And my food and others would not be more cold than hot.

First of all I stop at your clymer store every day for a coffee and this past week ( 2/14 - 2/19) the French vanilla cream and the sugar dispenser's have been empty there's no other creamer other than half and half, secondly your self serve coffee is way better than these automatic machines that you have now! (I'm not the only one that thinks this)

I come to this location all the time and I am about to stop because this place is the worst after like 8pm. There is a specific manager who is always here. The kitchen is SLOW and they are entirely unhelpful when it comes to customer service. Its always an excuse as to why it's taking so long. "The online orders are so backed up". Yet there are none on the kiosk for 10 minutes at a time. I just cannot comprehend how they never have a sense of urgency and move slow as molasses. It's infuriating as a customer to have this happen every few days when I'm here and I feel it is a select few employees who are the issue. Namely one male supervisor who conveniently never has a name tag on.

2/16/22 around 6:30pm at the Sheetz on 248 (Nazareth/Easton Highway) in Easton, Pa. I placed my order: BBQ/ranch chicken boneless bites, app sampler, fried Oreos, cinnabon pie bites, and dipping sauces. There were only 2 other people waiting before me, both with small orders. I waited 15mins for my food to drive home and find out I have no sauces and no cinnabon bites.

I used 650 points off my card yesterday to get a sbc drink and the employee messed up something while ringing me up so Iost the points and had to pay for the drink and it was $5.81... also it was very very cold... I work in the restaurant industry and I dont like to complain or send food back but I also don't have the money to just waste... if you could help me get my points back I would really appreciate it... I also have 1 other complaint .. I ordered a pretzel melt sandwich about 4 days ago and it was absolutely horrible. It was so burnt I couldnt even eat it. The bread was put in whatever cooker is used to heat it for way way too long and the bread was literally hard as a rock.. amy assistance you can offer would be greatly appreciated...

On 2/12 & 2/14 on ordered a frozen latte large and I’m not sure if the ingredients changed but both drinks were horrible they taste like straight frozen coffee I generally buy the same drink everyday and after these last two drinks from different Sheetz locations I’m assuming you must be substituting an ingredient and it has failed I’d like a refund

This is a "veggie sub with fries on top" I called the manager and was told this is correct. No...this is a Flatbread with toppings. It's nice to know that vegans and vegetarians are forced to eat THIS and pay regular prices. I'll definitely be filing a charge back for false advertising. This company hires whatever breathes anymore and the employees are rude...the management is usually worse and hangs up on you.

i was at the sheetz on som center rd and maple grove. i walked in at 12:50 am and i order my food at exactly 12:53. the entire place is placed and there are two workers doing food. it is now 1:43 am and i have been waiting for 50 minutes yet to get my food. the order screen says 243 and they are still calling orders from anywhere between 210’s to 230’s

We order our food around 10:31pm. It said on the App “pickup at 10:45pm” so in 15 minutes we proceeded to get our food and like always it was on time we get home thinking everything was in the bag but no! We had only received half of what we ordered! We had only a cheese pizza 2 5 pieces deep fried Oreos curly fries sauce and to soft serve drinks. So my brother went in showed the receipt and we had then received our bottled pop but she just went on playing with her phone saying oh I was busy. My brother gets home and I say where’s the rest of our food he said “she just stood there on her phone” so my Fiancé went in with my brother saying we did not get are full order and she said oh I’m sorry and kept playing on her phone and proceeded to say I forgot about that one and then proceeded to put her phone before customers. You have some lazy people in your business and to make it better get better people thank you.

So, I order my salad from Sheetz right on my break. Come back to work didn’t put everything I ordered on my salad. Call them and they said that they put everything I asked on it. I bring the salad back and they complained and acted like I took everything off the salad before going back again. This isn’t the first time this has happened. Taeshaun was his name.

I am a very frequent customer of Sheetz location 1867 rich highway in falls creek. I can’t tell you how many times I am just appalled by the service I’m given from Linda. She acts as if anything she has to do as an employee is an issue. To turn around and get cigarettes off of the shelf. To walk two steps down the counter and cash in lottery tickets. I cringe when I’m next in line and she’s the one who will be waiting on me because I know I will always be leaving upset and embarrassed over how she acts.
