I have a complaint about the store at

9850 W 87th St

Overland Park, KS 66212

THEY NEVER HAVE what is advertised. 3 times I have gone into the store to pick up an AD special. Today it was ribs... for the 3rd time in 3 visits, they did not order it and it will be in Saturday. This seems to be the response each time. Ad comes out on Wednesday, truck did not deliver it, we will have it Saturday. This sounds like a great way to save money by not having a product on sale and cutting out 3 days... saves the store a bunch of money. I asked for a substitute product since this is a weekly Ad sale... NOPE!, I was told they would lose money. I am tired of going to a store that does not have what is advertised every time I am there. They will lose money on me. Thats for sure.

Desired outcome: Just have IN THE STORE what is advertised in the AD
