I bought a pack of boneless chicken strips today and I made them for supper tonight and my 9yr. old son almost choked on a chicken bone when he was eating his chicken I have the label from the package I cooked and I have the bone and I've also taken pictures of it on my phone I am very angry because my son could have choked to death I would like some one to contact me so we can resolve this I am not a mean or vicious person but when it comes to the health of my child I can be

I have been cursed out by David Cummings at the Yazoo City, MS area all because my terminal had frozen, he pulled me to the side and said "you supposed to [censored]ing tell a motherfucking manager not a head cashier [censored]" and I wasn't feeling my best because my mom was already in the hospital I was very hurt and when I tried to talk to him and explain that the previous customer signature was stuck on the terminal the head cashier closed my line down and restarted it, instead he went into his office and closed the door in my face.
Also, David have singled I Versace Lee out without giving me any hours while everyone else has hours for the past months. Recently, Mr.David have forced me off the schedule of no fought of my own. I have filed for unemployment and he has lied to the state like I voluntarily left Save A Lot on April 14, 2019 without a reason. I honestly was still on the schedule until May 4th. April 14th-20th I had 0 hours, April 21st-27th I had 0 hours, April 28th-May4th I had 0 hours and that was the last time I was on the schedule before I was forced off the schedule without a reason. If April 14th was my last day of work as he has reported to the Unemployment office why did Mr.David continue to put me on his schedule up until May 4th ? I have filed an appeal because he has lied to the state by making a fraud schedule and we now have to answer to the judge and I will be providing my evidence to the judge because he is very unfair with the position he has.

I wanna know why the yogurts taste changed when they were put in the dark blue container? When it was in the light green & white container the yogurt was the best I've tasted now it's one of the worst. Why was a change made if the yogurts were perfect? I use to spend $80.00 a month on them now I don't buy any because this new yogurt is horrible compared to the previous version of yogurt y'all had..
I added a screen shot of the great yogurt and the horrible one y'all have now both from the same company which makes no sense at all.
I need to know why this change was made I'm highly disappointed I can no longer buy the yogurt I liked.

Save a lot complaint stopped by save alot store on colonial dr 50. Wintergarden. I dont appreciate cashier over charging on the bags It bad enough you have to pay for them I had 2 big bags & 1 small and charged me 35 cents. When the large bag are 10 cent & the small plastic bags are 5 cent. And wanted me to take A big bag which I did not want. I want to get just what I paid for. Stealing ones little change not right.

I stopped in at a local Save A Lot to pick up some milk and it turned out to be a really bad day. After i check out, i headed for the door and there was a spill of soda that hadn't been cleaned up and there was no signage making anyone aware of the spill. I slipped on the soda and fell with a had full of items and ultimately had had to seek medical attention . to date, i haven heard anything from the store or the corporate office concerning this matter. If nothing else, I will make this know via the local news and social media how you handle your customers in these situations. Also have picture of the wet floor sign laying on the floor OUTSIDE of the store.

I have contacted Farmington farms over this ordeal but they told me to contact the headquarters of Save a lot. we bought 6 pounds of bacon and after getting home and cooking for a family gathering we had BLT's the bacon was nothing but Fat literally only 5 % of the bacon was edible. we held onto the cooked stuff for a few days to contact the proper people but it got kind of nasty in the fridge. We simply want our Bacon replaced with something that is edible the guy from Farmington said sometimes the way the pig is processed the packing plant may pack what it thinks is bacon but will get a bad section and pack it ( we got the bad section) we love the bacon because of cost and the flavor is awesome for the price. I recently purchased Marcum Garlic pepper from my nearby Savalot. I don't like to complain, but I'm offering a suggestion. Since it was labeled GARLIC PEPPER I assumed it was a powder, not a salt, so I poured it on as such AND ALMOST DIED of salt overdose! It's funny now, but instead of throwing good food away (I'm poor I don't do such things) I scraped it off as best I could and ate the saltier than I wanted pizza anyway. 😆 I then turned the bottle over to discover the first ingredient is salt. My suggestion is to label it GARLIC SALT WITH PEPPER so this doesn't happen to someone else, especially someone who limits their salt intake. Anyway, thank you for listening. I still love saving a lot at Savalot!

I haven't shopped at Save a lot in over a year and I decided to go in and shop but the cashier was so rude and unprofessional. I actually wanted to return all of my stuff. She didn't have a name tag on of course but she had brown wavy hair with what looked like blonde highlights and the name on the receipt says Erica. The store address is

1926 East Silver Springs Blvd. Ocala FL 34470 and the date is May 23rd 2019 on Thursday.

My mom is disabled & she loves to shop at Save a lot due to affordable prices. The store in Durham, NC has 1 accessible cart. Whenever she goes to Save a lot, they always have an issue with the cart, even when the cart is fully charged, they still give her excuses as to why she can't use the cart. Meaning the money that she was going to use at save a lot has to go to a different grocery chain because they don't want to allow disabled individuals to use the cart that was made for them. Do better Save a lot in Durham NC

While making donuts with morning delight buttermilk biscuits, I found shards of what appears to be glass, or very hard and sharp plastic. Several pieces were found, and my family and I would like to know who is responsible, and who will be held accountable for this? This is VERY dangerous, and now (since the biscuits had to be thrown away) inconvenient. (Photo included.)

I opened this can of corned beef hash and it is extremely watery. Even cooking it had no effect on the thickness. The expiration date on the can is Feb 04, 2022. I don't understand why this can is watery so I would like a refund. I refuse to eat this or feed it to my child. I have included pictures. Employees at work high out of their minds and allowed to wait on customers and still have a job. Smoking and doing drugs in the parking lot of the store and the manager is aware of this. Corporate is aware complaints have been filed and still nothing has been done about this. I dont understand how many steps have to be taken before something is done about this. Even have given names to the corporate office of the employees involved. One cashier was so high she stuffed money in her pants out of her drawer. The manager asked her what she was doing and she stated she didnt know what she was doing or where she was. All she got was sent home. Ridiculous! Someone will get killed or hurt before they clean this store up. I for one shop here and will keep reporting it until somethong is done! They sit out in a vehicle on breaks and do drugs and the managers are aware and allow them to return to work. They dont do anything because one of the employees has been at the store for a long while is what im told but that shouldnt matter.

While checking out an employee was considerably rude and possibly needs retraining on customer service skills or manners. The employee, "Ladreke, " instead of asking me or politely stating that I should remove my groceries from my hand cart, she said rudely, as if she knew me, "take the items out of the cart." When I paused because I was dumb founded as to how she spoke to me. She looked at me and said slowly, loudly, and rudely - "remove the items from the cart." I am unfamiliar with this rule and if it was an issue, I am familiar with manners and the occasional please. She is unprofessional. We exchanged derogatory words back and forth in the store and as an employee she should behave in a friendly/ customer service oriented manner rather than rudely engaging with customers in front of other customers.

That was my first and last time going to that store because evidently it is ghetto and the employees you hire are rude but well suited for that location. She is clearly unhappy with her job and should be relieved if necessary or retrained at minimum.

Hello, attached is a picture of the cheese filled bread sticks I bought last week...4/26/19. There was NO cheese in the breadsticks! Not only did we not get cheese, but lost the portion of the breadstick that was removed to put supposedly cheese in them. I buy a lot of Mantia's products and was surprised about these! Thank you!

I went to your store in Fenton, MO. I sent my son in to get a bag of the Higgs chips. I was parked in front waiting for him. While he was walking out to get in the truck. An employee inside flipped me off then laughed and walked over to where I couldn't see her. I have been in there several times. She has blonde hair and her name tag says Julie.
I understand the store is closing. With customer service like that. There's no wonder.

My friend and I were in your rockwood Michigan location and two of your employees were pointing and laughing at my friend and I and I also over heard them talking about how they had girls in their back room multiple times doing inappropriate things to them. And it also took someone over 45 minutes to ring us up and they were very rude about it to I would like to know something will be done about this because I have had problems at this location multiple times!

please explain to me why a date of jan 20 19 is not an expired date. The manager at your Cortland NY store told me it was not expired. I purchased on/ 4/11/2019. He said expiration date was jan 19 2020 BS. So I took it back home and threw it in the garbage because I used it on a fish sandwich without looking at date. I discovered expired date after I consumed it. I do not eat expired food or rotten food. I bought a ham for Christmas . IT was ok Christmas day. the next day it had mold on it in the refrigerator. I have also bought rotten pork chops at that store and left them in the cart in the parking lot. I will never buy meat in any of your stores again.

This complaint is about the store at 311-4 Blanding Blvd O.P. Florida 32073.
I walked in and my Grand Daughter took a box off of a pallet jack and put it in my cart to place pineapples that I was buying. We barely walked in and the Manager "Ms D", took the box out of my cart and said it was against company policy to use the empty boxes. I said that we do it all of the time and she stated that the "President of the company" said that we can not use the boxes because the sign in the store says "bag your own groceries". She created an big scene with not only myself but 3 other customers in the area. She continued to make comments that were not necessary and was very rude to everyone that commented back. Is it company policy for a "Manager" to be rude and continue the rudeness to make a point ? I will not shop at this location again and I will be sure to tell everyone in my neighborhood to not shop there as well.
