There was an incident at the Newburgh store today that I found totally unprofessional. The Security Guard came into confrontation with a Customer and became out of control. He said he was going to punch-out to deal with the situation outside. The Cashiers on-call were no better commiserating about the incident in the customer's presence. 12/04/19 .

a cashier named vicky has poor customer service.
This is the third time that she has been rude to my husband. She is very snobby and for lack of a better word [censored]y. She has poor people skills and doesn't know how to talk to your customers. I refuse to be treated like trash when all we are doing is shopping. Opened a pack of string cheese and noticed that on a few of them had mold spots in random spots. This is not the first items that I purchased at this location where the food was contaminated or tainted, beef the was rotten, rice or flour with bugs.. I purchased 2 containers of this cereal for my son. I didn't think to check an expiration date when it's supposed to be fresh! The product expired on the 30th I purchased it on the 4th of November!!! Your store brand Rocky Road ice cream is simply chocolate ice cream. There were no almonds or chocolate chunks and barely marshmallow. I am not exaggerating when I say none. These are the ingredients that make Rocky Road Rocky Road. To show almonds and chocolate chunks on the carton is false advertising and very disappointing. easton's combination pizza rolls
I have been buying Savealot pizza rolls for a couple of years, but last time you had changed to a brand called Easton's.I bought several bags, thinking you had just changed the packaging on your usual brand..these are the WORST excuse for pizza rolls ever! The instructions say to bake 8-12 minutes..well it took 26 minutes before the outer dough was not sticky and raw! The dough was inedible..too tough and thick and the sauce was horrible(not to mention there were no meat pieces in most and very little sauce! )..please bring back the old brand in the yellow wrapper! There may be 40 pizza rolls per bag, but evenat 2.29 it is NO bargain when all it is good for is feeding the raccoons! I will never buy these again and am so disappointed in the way Savealot has gone downhill product wise over the past few years..you don't even carry your yummy KC bbq sauce, or the good syrup anymore..I'm thinking it is about time to stop giving you my hard earned money..such a shame
I've been getting these the last four or five times i went shopping at save a lot, expect there was one issue that last time i got them. it gave me horrible food poisoning. somehow they were contaminated with something and i was extremely sick.
Eastons pizza rolls. I've been buying the totinos at sav a lot for years and they're awesome. Picked up a bag of this new eastons brand since that's all there was at the store this time. These things suck! Very little filling in them and several that were completely empty! What kind of nonsense is this?
coburn farms milk chocolate hot cocoa mix
This morning for breakfast, when I was pouring the hot water into my cup of hot chocolate I noticed multiple little bugs in the hot chocolate mix. They floated to the top and I got them out with my spoon. It was three total.
The product is not expired, it doesn't expire until aug. 18 2020
Ice never had a problem before with this company, but this grosses me out greatly since I've been going to save alot for years now.

I am an employee at this save a lot and if I have an issue and I call out my manager always takes me off for a whole week and now its messing with my Bill's that's about to be due!! And I bust my butt at this job I come in when ever he is short on staff or someone else calls out and he never has an issue when someone else calls out but with me he has a major problem and I have a child at that like the other employees

Everytime I go in the store to purchase beer there is never a cashier there that can ring the beer up. No one is ever around that has their liquor license or whatever it is they need. Please correct this. It's very irritating to have to leave that store and go to another cause they don't have their business straight.

I shop faithfully at Save lot for the great deals even though its a little out my way and i literally live beside a Walmart. But the last 2 purchases of the Bubba Cola 12 pks have had 1 can that was completely empty and the most recent has has 2 can not even have full. I have looked over the cans and there is no leaking at all. I have called the store and was told the whole 12pk had to be returned. How is that possible when we drank the cans vefore the bad ones? I'm not one to complain but with one income and 4 mouths to feed i have to stop just throwing stuff away when something is wrong with it. Im not sure if this will even be read but if so maybe can the machine that does all the work mayb be looked over to see if maybe there is a problem. I usually wouldn't even ask but maybe do you have a coupon or something to replace the 3 cans? If not i totally understand.
