This is for all your corporate managers.
When you walk into one of your stores and ask a cashier where all the important people are.. not only are you a piece of crap for saying that but your cashiers are IMPORTANT! I overheard that at store # 610 and I tell you what if I was that cashier I would have knocked you out! Keep in mind just because you are a corporate manager doesn't mean you are above anyone.

Every time my fiancé goes down to "save a lot" it maybe close to closing but the staff are so unprofessional. My fiancé literally has to hurry through the store because one employee is over the intercom saying we are closing in 5 minutes mind you there's about 25 minutes until they close 7 pm on a Sunday. He literally walks in and has a bald white Caucasian man (employee) fallowing him around the store or they are scurrying to put stuff away shutting lights off in the freezers ect. Either way I'm sure this will be our last time at this location! Very unprofessional very rude staff and very unclean store just nasty and despicable.

My name is angelica aguado. I've shopped at warsaw ny save a lot my whole life. I walked into the save a lot in warsaw ny, a store number 243. I shop there all the time. My fiance was with me and was immediately pulled into a side room by a woman (crystal, a manager) told him there was a warrant for his arrest being he hadn't paid money from a bounced check that was months prior and she hadn't seen the money yet. My fiance, richard oldendorf tries explaining the situation that he had paid the money back in full and this woman continued to threaten and question him further with also stating she would call the cops. After the conversation ended the manager crystal decided to do her job and realized that it had been taken care of IN FULL over a month ago... she should have checked prior to any sort on of threat of police or warrants and he shouldnt have had to repeat hisself so many times. She continued to come out and talk to him in front of other people who were shopping and I told her the conversation needed to end. I will be speaking with the store owner the moment I'm able to, this situation was handled so poorly and I shop there very often so I believe there needs to be some sort of repercussions when a situation is handled so poorly because a manager cant do her job right. The whole situation was embarrassing and upsetting.

I reported a sexual assault that happen during the Florida meeting to my DM by another DM. Initially I quit because I didn't want to deal with it but after a week she convinced me to come back and promised that I wouldn't have to be around manny. Well she got fired and he became my dm. Thankfully he only came to my store 3 times during the six months he had the store.

I did my best to work through it, got counseling, started anxiety pills and moved on. During that time I trusted a friend, my meat cutter, and allowed him to do things for me. Now once I was on the bed and good I stopped letting him do things, tried to hold him accountable, and he turned on me.

Since I had bad blood with corrondulay in the past I never felt like I could go to her. She had manny fire me yesterday so my story needs to be told.

There are many people that know what happen, his nephew was a witness but convienently left save a lot a few months ago.

Look, I made mistakes during a very difficult time in my life but I'm a damn good manager and have had success at every store I've ran. I'm good losing my job because a company like this is not good for me but I'll be damn if I don't tell my story. I'll have to report it to unemployment as well. 😕

Went in around 4. I was in there for about an hour and got to register. Once again one cashier the other was back talking I guess to a manager. Everytime I go in to this store this associate and manager are always I would call it flirting. When she is at the register she is on the phone texting. The manager looks to be a Hispanic young man. Skinny and black hair. The female is shorter also looks to be Hispanic and black hair. When I went in this time I was in her line for about 10 min. I was behind this older lady. I turned around and she decided to turn off her light. When I started to put my stuff up on the belt she was like I'm closed sorry next register. I told her I was in line and refused to move. She then proceeded to leave the register. The other cashier said go ahead and come to this line. I think her name was felicia. She was very nice and told me she was sorry and I will let the manager know. I am not going back into this store until this problem is resolved. Who treats customers that way

The bottle and coarseness of the pepper grind has changed in recent months. Your current product is not the same. The changes made have resulted in a loss of quality. This new pepper grind is not as large as the previous and that changes the unique flavor it used to have. The plastic shaker cap on the new bottle is hard to open, and to control the amount of product coming out. I used to shop save a lot specifically for that particular bottle of coarse ground pepper. I've tried to like the new product and bottle, but am disappointed and frustrated. Please bring back the original coarse ground Marcum black pepper in the square plastic spice bottle that retailed for $1.49 in southern Tennessee to replace the finer ground $0.99 round bottle.

All three employees are persistent in their efforts to racially profile, Lie, and stalk employees whom they think are not financially fit to be there... I have shopped at save-alot for 17 years and I'm tired of the [censored] associated with the save-alot corporation and its employees...

Security guard Charles, cashier Valentina, and Supervisor Rico are the sick people working for you... All of your stores around Orlando are the same and I won't tolerate none of them...

At checkout I noticed the employee/cashier (who I later found out was the store manager) eating white castles at the register. That wasn't the main issue it was the fact she was picking at her food, licking her hands and fingers while hàndling the e customers cash. When it was my time to proceed I stated that the situation occuring was unsanitary. She then mugged me and continued to pick at her food and lick her fingers shortly after trying to hand me my receipt. I couldn't really complain int the store to a manager due to her being the manager .. please address the severity of sanitation exspecially in a food environment. I wonder what else she allows to happen. So sad that she is even a manager during such things. But hey I guess u give a title to someone they feel they can do whatever.. this is the save alot on Riverview at the circle.

Today I purchased a 16 oz. package of Wylwood Black Eye Peas at the Save-A-Lot store at 709 West Main St., Fairfield, IL., 62837, For $1.49. I brought the peas home and started to rinse them and then soak them over night as per the directions on the package. The quality of these peas was very inferior. Over 1/4 cups of the peas looked molded and black, not including the rust colored ones in the package. I would like a full refund on this item. I have never seen such inferior quality packaged in my 34 years of teaching foods.

I shop at save a lot once a week every friday and most of the time i have a good time shopping. I go at 8am when they first open and sometimes they dont have all the products out like meat and sometimes sale items. i go early, my issue i writing about is more a price issue than anything else and its only for one product rite know. To you it mite not seem a big issue but my favorite hot sauce is kurtz bayou heat louisiana hot sauce it was 99 cents, i would buy 2 or 3 a week, well on june 21, 2019 i went to shop and seen the price went up from .99 cents to $1.99 . Know for me thats a big increase and i can only buy 1 that day. sometimes i spend up words to 60.00 to 100.00 a week there, and also my favorite taco mix you dont have anymore marcum brand seasoning for tacos. these issue may not be big to others but a full dollar increase and some other prices going up to. favorite seasoning gone, hope its a mistake. this probably want help change any thing but i wanted to tell someone thanks anyways

Why does the North Port. Fl store not have sale tags up on first day of sale!And the meats on sale are never out for sale! If you ask they always say they just came in and sO am working on them! The never come back! Then if you come back in after noon they are sold out! I guess you don't want people to keep shopping there! I guess I should go somewhere else!

You guys' bathroom is disgusting .. I took pictures the toilet was filthy.. The tissue was on the floor the sink and mirror were very dirty . . Please have staff to clean it up it made my shopping trip terrible .. The floor was not swept or mopped.. And there were bits and pieces of tissue on the floor .. I am so dissatisfied with the look of the rest room I decided to leave .. This store was located in garfield hts ohio on garfield blvd .. Please have someone clean the rest room .. My daughter is disabled and we could not even use the rest room the way it was ..

I stood in line for over 45 min then nother line opened waited on one customer and then informed me she was going on break I had to stand in another line I wasn't going to stand in line for another 45 min so I left I drove 45 min to go there and then was treated like that I was spending over 100 dollars there and I was the very next customer I am very upset I wanted to try your store and now I will never go back to any of your stores for the bad experience I had at one store you need to give the employees classes on how to handle customer service
