Samsung s22 ultra mobile phone
About 2 weeks ago, my newer samsung s22 ultra phone randomly dropped my network connection. Of course, i went to my carrier in hopes it was only a sim card issue. We replaced the sim card to no avail. After researching every possible solution to this problem, i discovered this is a very common issue with this specific model of the phone. I contacted the customer support phone number for samsung to see what can be done to resolve this issue. They informed me "they have no complaints like this" which can not be entirely true, as well as, "you are outside of the year warranty so there is not much we can do besides charge you for the repair". I have been a loyal die hard samsung fan for my entire mobile phone life and have never been so disappointed. There is no physical damage to my cell phone nor has it ever been in any water. This issue is not anything i could have done to cause yet they will not help me with this problem. I hate to say this, but samsung has lost me for good as a customer and i am now looking into an iphone. Be aware especially if you have this mobile phone.

Being a loyal Samsung devices fan, This is the first time I faced huge inconvenience in order placement with Samsung Shop.
While placing my order, Samsung India shop approved my exchange phone IMEI number but delivery executive was unable to validate the IMEI number due to internal Samsung issues. He mentioned this is common problem happening in orders of Samsung India Shop.
My older phone galaxy s21 was also bought from Samsung Shop couple of year back and it is surprising that Samsung phone IMEI bought from Samsung shop could not be validated by Samsung.
This was not expected from a company of size Samsung. There are no reasons provided by Samsung shop on order cancellation. Customer Service was unaware of issues and kept on apologizing and forwarding the request to different departments.
I would appreciate if you can expedite refund of my payment as the order has been cancelled without any reason.

purchased phone from mobile shop Sept 1, 2023 Phone stopped sending and receiving. New SIM card installed no luck. Mobile Klinik had to install a new charge port for 145.78$. Don't think I should have to pay this amount as the phone is only 14 months old. I am on a plan that pay 55 $ per month. This is my 4th Samsung phone. Won't buy another if I can't get help in this matter..

Recently I would say somewhere around October 21, 2023...my phone did an update. I have always used Message Plus for my conversations via text. With this update, I can no longer use "search for media" to attach to a text message. When I click the + sign in the box where you would send a text message, there is now..gallery. places...egifts...and now replies... replies has now replaced the search icon.
What kind of fix can Samsung apply ? So now, you have to back out of the response screen on a text..google what you are looking for...hopefully there is a share button or icon.. then find that person that you want to send the media to.. attach that file or pic or media to that person you were texting and forward that text message. Such a disappointment !

I am never ordering anything again through Samsung.com. I had the worst experience ordering the front load washer by calling Samsung.com. The customer person knew that I had stackable washer & dryer. Only the washer needed replacing (which is on the bottom).
Delivery persons arrived on October 12, 2023. Took one look at what he was to remove. He said he couldn't install the unit because the parts that secure the stackable items were not ordered. He said you can't just replace a washer, it has be both the washer and dryer. News to me! They said they could leave it there, order the kit and have a handyman install. Not acceptable so I told him to return it. This was for a home of men with special needs. This was a major problem for them and now you have just wasted everyone's time and my money refunding my credit card. Delivery person said it would be 10-12 days to get the refund as it takes a long time for the unit to get returned to the warehouse. I have now waited 15 days, have called several times, they transfer me, I explain all over again and the say nothing can be done until it arrives back in the warehouse. This guy today said the washer was still with the delivery company. I want the refund now. I will be rating your company on Google review accordingly. I will have my credit card company contact you.

Samsung galaxy fold 3
TICKET # [protected]. My phone was bought and paid last September 2021. My phone was well and taken cared of. No physical damage, no water damage. 2 days ago, I saw a SMALL black mark inside the full screen underneath the plastic protective cover. I thought it was just a dirt that went inside but since then on, my full screen get funky. It typed by itself and navigate it by itself. It also froze after a couple of seconds while the screen is open.
They gave me an option to ship it or come to store.
I went to the store and wasted my time coz they told me, they will actually shipped it instead of me and I have to pay for shipping. they also told me that for sure the full screen needs to be open and changed so they can fix the damn wiring inside and I NEED TO PAY AT LEAST $600 for the damage. Out of warranty they said. THey also mention this is an issue ongoing internal issue and damage the phone after sometime.
I shipped out my phone today while I am with your CUSTOMER SERVICE that the only thing they say over and over in the phone is I have to pay even though the phone is not physically damaged.
You guys are not supposed expensive phone (like 3K CAD) if you know that after sometime it will broke by itself. Its like ripping off your customers after you sold them. You know it might not work some time and you know it will be an issue, how come you did not recall it. You cant fix your own technology? I am so upset to the extreme coz I paid so much for this phone. I swallowed your price when it came out coz I know | can take care of those [censored] well.

Two LED TVs 50 inches problem
I buy 2 LED TVs inches problem since December 2020 and I started to operate them at May 2023 but the first operates for hours and shut down and the second operates till October 2023 and shutdown with the same problem and they don't operate any more, I contact Samsung EGYPT Customer center and they inform me that the problems of TVs need to change part which its cost is 90% of new TV abd they are out of warranty (2 years) so I must pay the full cost for repairing them as the warranty 2 years are ended .. its a problem that they must share with me the repairing cost as its industrial defects.

I am just doing this review to warn consumers. I don't expect any help from Samsung and don't need the frustration of dealing with their so-called Customer Service. I bought a Gafxy A03 and when I had problems with power button got a total runaround with their company, culminating in being referred to a repair shop which said they do nothing. Phone was still under warranty so I went to Tmobile for replacement - power button ok for now but still have issue of phone not blocking calls. Tmobile rep tried to fix this to no avail. I will never buy a product again from a company whose customer service is so useless.
Desired outcome: Just warning off potential buyers. I expect no help from samsung.
Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 Smartphone
I purchased my Samsung Galaxy Fold 3 Smartphone from AT & T on February 8, 2022 for $1800. The inner screen began bubbling 14 months after purchase, then the audio stopped working at 15 months.
The 12 month warranty expired February 8, 2023.
The phone is immaculate in cosmetic appearance as I am very careful with my cell phones, especially one this expensive. I have been forced to buy another back up phone (Motorola 5G-$240) which is much less expensive but very dependable. Meanwhile I am still paying AT & T $50 per month for another 16 months for a phone I can't use.
I loved using the phone while it worked I'll never buy another Samsung product of any kind as a result.

Faulty phone - terrible process for replacement
I have a business phone that keeps restarting up to 6 times a day, often during use. I did error reports, was told to take to a samsung store. Shortly after it wouldnt unlock/restart/turnoff. I took it to a samsung store,there they did a factory reset (wiped all my data as the phone would not backup). They said if it still had the restarting issue, bring it back for replacement.
A week later and it is still restarting all the time. I took it back to the store, to be told it now has to be sent in to be assessed - and I have to buy a new phone to use in the meantime. It will also take a month to be assessed.
So after losing all my photos, data, and info, and resetting up the phone, I have to buy a new phone, set that up, then reset up again if they repair my current one and return it to me.
I use my phone for business and cannot go 4 weeks without it, and what is the point of buying another when I will probably have to get this same one back, probably with the same fault still present? Either way, I am out of pocket because of the faulty phone!

The inner screen of the device cannot be opened flat, which severely hampers its functionality and usability. To my dismay, I discovered that I am not the only customer facing this specific problem, indicating a potential widespread issue with the product.
Initially, I was informed by Samsung Hong Kong that the repair process would take approximately SEVEN days. However, this timeframe is completely unacceptable by modern standards, as it left a customer without a smartphone equipped with essential daily life app for a significant duration. This inconvenience has negatively impacted my personal and professional life, causing undue stress and disruption.
To make matters worse, when I proactively contacted Samsung Hong Kong to inquire about the progress of the repair, I was informed that the outer screen was not functioning, and Samsung Hong Kong did not possess the necessary parts to complete the repair. This revelation was not only disheartening but also a clear indication of a lack of preparedness and stock management on Samsung Hong Kong's part. Despite the promised repair period of seven days, I was left with no choice but to retrieve my phone as I had to travel out of Hong Kong for a week and urgently required the device.
Upon my return to Hong Kong on 4 September, I promptly submitted my phone for repair once again. However, to my extreme disappointment, it has now been a total of EIGHT days, I called and asked for updates, and I have received no update or confirmation that my device has been repaired. This prolonged duration for a simple repair is entirely unacceptable, and it reflects poorly on Samsung Hong Kong's commitment to providing efficient and timely service to its customers.
Besides, I would also like to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the service I received when I brought in another phone, which is under extended warranty, due to a battery issue. I brought the Samsung phone, to Samsung Hong Kong service center as it was experiencing battery problems. Despite having an extended warranty, the treatment we received from your customer service team was utterly disappointing. The representatives displayed a disrespectful attitude and claimed that the battery inspection would take an inordinate amount of time. Furthermore, they used the excuse of not having a loaner phone available to expedite the process and swiftly dismissed us without providing any suitable solutions.
I would like to emphasize the unreasonably long delay in the battery inspection. How many days does it actually take to perform such a simple task? Is it not possible to expedite the process and provide timely service to customers? I am deeply disturbed by the level of service we encountered during our visit.
As customers, we expect to receive prompt and respectful service when dealing with a reputable brand like Samsung. We place our trust in your products and expect that trust to be reciprocated with efficient and professional customer support. However, the experience we had at your service center was far from satisfactory.

On [March 2021], I purchased a [Samsung S 21 Ultra] mobile phone from Samsung, and I have been a loyal customer for several years. However, I am deeply disappointed with my recent experience with this company. The issue I am facing with my phone is one that is directly attributable to a manufacturing or design defect from Samsung.
"Since I bought my phone for its features, as mentioned by the Samsung company that it's water-resistant and can withstand being submerged in water up to a depth of one meter for 30 minutes, what happened to me is that I was near the pool and only the camera of my phone touched the water, then the phone automatically shut down and has not worked since. I went to the technical support and the authorized service center in Alexandria Governorate and explained exactly what happened. After two days, I received a WhatsApp message stating that the mobile could not be repaired and the data contained in it could not be retrieved.
Despite the clear indication that the issue stems from a problem within the device itself, I have encountered great difficulty getting the necessary support and assistance from Samsung's customer service representatives. This has left me without a properly functioning mobile phone for an extended period, causing significant inconvenience in both my personal and professional life.
I have made several attempts to contact your customer service department, and while I appreciate the efforts of some representatives, the overall process has been frustrating and unproductive. Samsung randomly bills the care plan so you think you owe nothing and then 3 months later find out you're late with 30 day delinquencies marked on your credit report. The "monthly" care plan is not billed monthly, so when it is indicated that the care plan is included in the 24 month equal payments, it turns out it's not! And late fees are higher and higher every month that you don't magically know this information.
Desired outcome: Remove the delinquencies from my credit report since I already paid in full.

I did placed order on 27th July 2023 under pre-reserve offer for samsung galaxy fold 5. Later on that day in evening I called the service team for color change which they said could not be done now as per Samsung policy and only way is to cancel the order and place new one. I requested them to do that if possible so that I can re-avail the pre-reserve offer by placing order before 29th July, 2023. However, this was not done. I received call on cancellation on 3rd August 2023 and 4th August 2023 regarding cancellation which I told them that I do not want to cancel the order now as I will loose all benfits from the offer.
Despite my refusal I received order cancellation email today. I am feeling cheated by Samsung as they cancelled the order without my confirmation. It seems that offering pre-reserve benefits were just sham as they on thier own cancel the order later. I purchased a gas cooktop from Samsung via a retailer in Ottawa Canada on November 15th, 2022, the appliance is under Samsung warranty until November 15, 2023. The appliance has not been working for the past week (July 2023) and I contacted Samsung on this matter on Monday, July 24th. The Samsung representative on the phone asked my husband who is 86 years old to troubleshoot the appliance with needles and pins and even asked him to go down on his knees to locate the serial number of the appliance. As we are both seniors we were unable to do as requested. The representative seemed annoyed and asked us to contact the retailer from whom we bought the appliance -to have them contact Samsung Canada for further discussions on the matter.
After several phone calls and discussions plus a visit to the retailer and extended discussions with Samsung- Samsung finally agreed to send an Appliance Repair Service company to our home to inspect the appliance. The inspection took place on July 27th. I am now informed that the appliance needs several parts to be replaced as they are broken causing the appliance to malfunction. I am concerned about safety issues and do not want to accept an already compromised and repaired appliance when in essence at the time of purchase I thought I was buying and paying for a brand-new appliance with no defects in the first place. I feel cheated by Samsung for selling me an inferior product in my opinion and under the circumstances, I am requesting a full refund
Furthermore, I have no confidence in Samsung appliances and do not trust the quality of their products any longer. I am also appalled by their lack of respect for seniors and proper support services to back up their products in Canada. I was cleaning my refridgerator, I started from the very top worked my way down to the bottom drawers. The light had gone out to tell me my fridge had been open for awhile so it was safe to take the glass out to clean it. I took it out was wiping it down and all of a sudden it shattered into a million pieces. This was the most frightening experience I have ever had. This glass was not cold and I had just started to wipe it clean, I have to wonder what samsung is using. This could have turned out very bad. Contacted them they said that this is physical damage? What the heck does that mean, I could have had physical damage. They told me to go to a store and buy another piece, okay what store?
I have cleaned many glass pieces from the fridge and nothing like this I have every experienced in all my life!

Refrigerator’s freezer drawers stopped cooling
Hello, as soon as I realized my freezer stopped working I tried to schedule someone from Samsung to come out and look at it. After about 4 hours of holding/troubleshooting with customer service, I was informed that someone would contact me to schedule a service technician to come out to my house. After many more phone calls and emails, over 2 weeks goes by just before I get on the schedule. That right there was the first asinine part. Why someone had to call me 2 weeks after my first call asking for service just to get on the schedule was frustrating.
Then the first technician comes, he takes apart what he needs to take apart and then spends most of his time on the phone with customer service asking for help, I paid $140 for someone to go through literally the same exact troubleshoot that I went through over the phone. But he assures me they know what the problem is and that the part will be ordered. I knew my fridge was out of warranty and that I had to pay for the part and labor, no big deal, I signed a paper saying that I understand I have to pay. Then a couple days later I get a call scheduling my new part to be installed. So I take another day off of work, the technician shows up 30minutes after my 4 hour service window, that was also frustrating. Once he shows up he starts doing the same thing the first technician did. The first technician spoke English a little better and this guy I could not understand at all. Nice guy, he worked quickly, but I just couldn’t understand his English or read his handwriting. Not 5 minutes after he leaves, I get a te t saying my service ticket was cancelled because there isn’t someone in the area who can fix my fridge. This is nonsense. After almost a month of dealing with Samsung, and me just trying to pay to get my fridge fixed, they come back with ‘sorry no one in our area can service your freezer because it’s out of warranty’ why didn’t I get told that from the beginning. I was asked over and over again from Samsung if I understood that my fridge was out of warranty and asked if I knew I had to pay out of pocket. I said yes over and over because I don’t want to buy a whole new unit. They weaseled money out of me and took 2 days of my life with their terrible service window time frame. Not to mention the hours and hours on hold and over the phone troubleshooting. Which I then paid for a technician to get over the phone troubleshooting help. This is ridiculous and because of how this all happened, I will no longer purchase Samsung. Every appliance in my house is Samsung but this whole experience has hit me hard. Companies that don’t care about their customers, deserve to lose their customers.
