I ordered a fruit and cheese platter along with other items for our family Christmas Eve gathering. As I was ready to leave to pick up I checked the status to see if I already paid for it and I saw my order had been cancelled. I called customer service and was told the manager cancelled all pick up orders because they could not fill them all. I was just getting over the flu and did not feel well enough to shop and make everything myself. Needless to say this left me in a major bind with just 1 day before Christmas Eve party.
Desired outcome: I would like an apology and I will NEVER buy from this Sam’s again. I am very inclined to cancel my membership completely and ask for a refund of my membership fee.
