Saks OFF 5th review: Store harassment

Hello, I’m emailing to submit a complaint about a store. The charlotte premium outlet location (28273). I’ve been into the store twice in the last two weeks and both times I was followed by the same sales associate (dasha). She literally followed me and my family the entire time. I asked to speak to the manager to try to handle things the correct way but instead of listening to the customer. The manager was very condescending. She automatically said my claims were false and that she knew the associate wouldn’t do that. Whoever another customer also agreed saying she did the same thing to him but of course she store manager still denied it and brushed us off as if she was present. Then proceeded to say we were aggressive to deflect from the actual situation. This is very unacceptable. It’s 2023 this shouldn’t be happening at all
