My name is patricia eubanks I went to the safeway on july 19 2011 to shop for grocery and I spent like $189.00 in food most of that were meats because they had a good sale I spend like $90.00 in meats and I went home and put my food up. Next morning I got up andopen up my frezzer and my meats had turn brown and I had to put all of the meats in the trash and this is not the first time I had to do this I call the store and told them what happen and they told me to make complaint. Please give me call right away I need my money back. [protected].

YA DO U THINK THEIR GONNA GET ALL SCARED AND MAKE YOUR COMPLAINT FIRST PRIORITY JUST CAUSE U PUT IT IN CAPITAL LETTERS :P

You need to fill out one of their complaint cards in the store. Posting on the Complaints isn't going to solve your problem, because Safeway isn't reading this site and looking to make people whole again.

Um, meat doesn't go bad just because it turns brown. It changed color because it was frozen. You probably threw away perfectly fine meat.
