He follows me around, watches me and he tells other employees something about me cause I know cause the way they look at me. I never stoled from them for him to treat me like that. Safeway No receipt of approved refund for non application of discounts

On August 8, 2023, I sent in an order for grocery delivery for August 9, 2023 to my home. The discounts shown added up to $155.87. On delivery, the discounts were not applied and the entire order expense was deducted from my checking account. I called the Safeway delivery customer service number and was told I would have to prove the error. I called the following day, and was told I would receive my refund in 5-7 business days. I have called 4 more times, being promised my refund in 5-7 business days each call. Still, I've received no refund. I've contacted my bank for an investigation and they say they might be able to force a refund, but that was a week ago. I will not shop at Safeway again until I receive my money. I will switch my prescriptions from their pharmacy. If necessary, I will sue the business. This is theft and fraud.

Desired outcome: I want my $155.87 returned to my checking account immediately. No more delays, no more excuses.

Safeway Safeway select brown rice

I opened a bag of brown rice and poured it into my tupperware container and found live black bugs with many legs crawling around in the container. I am sure you will want to know about this for your quality assurance department. The ID on the bag is as follows...Best if used by APR 27 24 L, S1284, 10:30.

Please make sure the correct people see this information. I am attaching video of the bugs and rice.

Safeway restroom

Safeway’s reputation for cleanliness is an absolute necessity.

There is a sign outside the ladies restroom saying ”we take pride in the cleanliness…", etc. The state of the restroom is abhorrent. Walls, floor, toilet (not just the condition of the seat…also the entire toilet… soap and towel dispensers.

I told the staff, but perhaps corporate needs to see to this.

If this is the state of things, how is the food handled?

Hope this changes.

Safeway Delivery

I’m a new “Fresh pass” member and this alleged delivery service is completely useless. I placed a straight forward order of milk, eggs, and bread after traveling 13 thousand miles home. The eggs were broken and there was no milk. I placed another order for milk and an empty bag arrived at my door with no invoice and no milk. When I left California 6 months ago there were cows, are all the cows in California dead?

Safeway Safeway management

I would like to know why my black grandson went to duvall wa safeway and was followed around the store because of his race which was stated by management and the person in the deli department who followed him around the store. Now he feels uncomfortable going there to do shopping I'm vary displeased that these people were given a slap on the wrist I also feel I need an attorney to handle this situation

Safeway Pharmacy

I'd like to file a complaint for the Safeway Pharmacy in Grand Coulee Store #3247.

I have lived in Nespelem since June 2016 and have filled my prescriptions with Safeway ever since.

This pharmacy constantly sends their phone calls directly to Cisco Messaging Service, and doesn't pick up their calls. This is an ongoing issue. No one picks up the phone, and they let it ring until it connects to Cisco Messaging Service.

I am disabled and have medications I MUST call in to have filled.

Today I have tried calling every since 1pm (yes I know it's closed from 1:30-2pm for lunch), and it rang several times and was forwarded to Cisco Messanging Service. They charged my care provider for a prescription that my Insurance pays for, and she had to pay a co-pay for my prescription. I do not have a co-pay. I have had this prescription for years, and my insurance always pays for this medication.

On July 27th, 23 I ordered 2 packs of ribeye steaks and was charged for 4. I also ordered 2 packs of pork chops and was charged for 3. I also ordered 1 pack of hamburger and was charged for 2. I didn't order these items or receive them. They owe us $70.73, I have called them twice about a refund and they keep saying that it will take 5-7 business days. Safeway Injury inside your store

On April 18th, 2023 I was a customer inside your Safeway store on Patterson Rd in Grand Junction Colorado. I used an electric cart, did my shopping and when I went to use one of the self checkout machines, the red light from the machine caused me to fall from the cart, hit my right eye and shoulder on the floor and have a massive seizure. I was sent to the emergency room via an ambulance where I woke in ICU waiting for test results.

Now that I am well enough again, I am asking for monetary compensation for the pain and suffering YOUR MACHINE caused me to have and go through.

The manager at this store, Mark Irvin, can and will verify what happened to me that day as well as provide the video footage from that day that shows what exactly happened to me.

I have spoken to an attorney concerning this, but after talking to my husband first, he recommends that I give you the opportunity to settle this Out Of Court First, before we take the next step and hire said attorney to take over the case.

I am willing to listen to any monetary offers you may have First before I refuse or accept. But Please, don't waste my time or yours here and offer me something like $1000 dollars, I think I might actually be insulted by that. I'm not asking for Millions of dollars here either, just a nice amount that will make all this pain that I am Still in worth it.

Safeway Employee behavior

I was checking out on Register 5 with Cashier Cindy. Another employee walked up about 5’6-8 male dressed in all black wearing a black baseball hat and told Cindy that reg 5 is not “Cindy’s Register”. Then walked off. Cindy replied calmly that she had been there all day. The young girl on Register 4 snickered and the male walked to Reg 3 and said loud enough for us to hear “That’s all I’m going to say about that”.

I asked Cindy if he was joking, she said no. I asked if he was the manager, she said no.

This was a horrible interaction to see and I’m just glad there were barely any customers to see that. I have my thoughts on how I would handle this but I’m sure you have your policies.

I enjoy shopping at Safeway, I get all my prescriptions there as well. I enjoy talking to Kyle and the rest of the Pharmacy gang but I do not wish to see anymore of these types of interactions.
