Expired products and overcharged in store
1 - Pick up order on 11/10/21 half and half expired on 13th took back unopened on 13th - refund
2 - same p/u order from 10th went to open on 11/14 and discovered it expired on 10/26. Returned it for refund this morning 11/15. I was told in an email I would get a $20 store credit for my problems.
3 - while returning juice I purchased other items and was overcharged the following items. This is the message I sent them and got no response.
Okay I just took OJ back. Bought a 6.5 lb Turkey breast which was in a bin at 97 cents. My phone showed it in my basket for 97 cents a lb. I was charged $35.98! It should have been $6.31 an overcharge of $29.59! The ad was for Signature Select but all the turkeys in the 97 cents a pound bin were O Organic. The sign said 97 cents a #.
I purchased 2 coke products that were advertised at $4.99 each and was charged 7.29 each! Overcharged $2.30 each. Overcharged $4.60!
TOTAL OVERCHARGE = $35.90!
I did not get my $20 credit even though I informed the clerk I had it!
I want a refund on the difference of $35.90 and for the over charges. And $20 for the credit I did not get!
Desired outcome: I want them to respond and I want a refund of my overcharged items.
Unethical behavior, employee to customer
I am not sure of the day but I was in the Wedgewood Safeway and there was an Employee Casey who was off the clock. He was kicking a guy, yelling at him, telling him to get out of the store. 11-10-21 snoqualmie, wa Bought some shrimp from the discount seafood cabinet next to the seafood dept When I opened it and smelled it was clearly rotten and had been rinsed with ammonia to hide it. This is not safe for consumption. This is also not the first time this has happened. I'll have to start shopping elsewhere, no need to make two trips for groceries.

I purchased two tri-tip WHLE roasts on sale. My wife and I were surprised at the amount of fat on the roasts. We felt it was close to 50% fat, with over 1" layer of fat. We could not see the extent of fat on the package because it was on the bottom of the package. This was very disappointing. The cashier was very good as well as your other employees. The poor meat quality is my issue. I felt tricked by the extensive hidden fat of the roast. Trust is at issue here and it is hard to have trust with poor meat quality due to too much fat.
I consider myself a very good customer for years.
I will most like no longer purchase your tri-tip roast any more.

Pharmacy
I had a appointment at the Sonora, CA Safeway for a TDAP booster at 2:00. I waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told that they were not giving any vaccinations today. An older gentleman walked up to the counter and said he also had an appt for a Covid booster and the clerk replied " we aren't giving any vaccines until Tuesday, we have 450 prescriptions to fill". I understand being shorthanded, as there is only one technician and one pharmacist working. However if they had posted a sign at the counter I wouldn't have waited for 20 minutes. I drove 45 minutes to get this booster today. Everything is automated the system should have sent out a text or email even that vaccinations were canceled for today. I have another appointment next Saturday for my Covid booster, But now I'm leery about driving 45 minutes to get it and have it canceled again. I can't call ahead to find out because the pharmacy doesn't answer the phone, I'm sure it's because they're too busy. If they can't handle the business and they shouldn't be offering vaccine appointments on line.
Desired outcome: I just want want to be assured that I will actually receive my vaccinations when I make an appt.
Bakery bread
Someone needs to teach the bakery manager how long to bake their farm style bread and Kiser rolls. Sometimes it is okay and the next time it's under baked. I am handicapped and have someone else do my shopping. I don't notice how it's done until they are gone. Yesterday I or
dered Kiser rolls and they are under baked and flat. The time before the country style was like a wad
of dough. They also put them in the bags before they are completely cool. The store manager and the bakery manager are not doing their job. When they are baked right, they are delicious.
I want to be able to buy a sub when needed with all the proper ingredients.
Your Deli has the best Italian subs I have ever had. I have bought them many times in Florence Oregon now the problem. Internet shopping
I was shopping last night on your website to order a pickup. However, I just got out of the hospital and was very tired, so I left the website up so I wouldn't lose all the shopping I had done. I had a very big order. But, when I looked at it this morning, all but two of my items were gone.
This is not the first time this has happened to me! It has happened before when I shut my computer down in the middle of shopping, and unlike most stores that save that info for a day or two if you are signed in, you people deleted it.
It's not difficult to make your website save the shopping a customer has done for a day or two, so why can't Safeway?
I just may have to go to Walmart.com from now on for my groceries.

ON Saturday, September the 18 at around 3:25 pm I entered the Safeway store on 666 Bailey road in Pittsburgh to purchase a watermelon, the price was $7.99, however, if you scan the store barcode you received an additional $2.00or so off, so I snapshot a copy of the scan and preceded to the cash register, however, the watermelon did not have a sticker, therefore I searched for the price in the computer system at the register, but the additional discount did not populate, therefore I asked for assistance from the self-checkout person that just happened to be a store manager so the security guard mentioned after I addressed her after being so rude to myself and the other customer heard me and stated that she was also rude to her previously when she asked her a question. I understand being busy but being RUDE is unacceptable and I will not tolerate that...It is important that as a store manager and dealing with customer PEOPLE skill is the utmost importance and ALWAYS treat the customer with the utmost respect is extremely important. I really feel Carla need to be addressed with the way she handles/deal with customers. Carla is her name as I looked at her name on her shirt so that I could report this incident...UNACCEPTABLE.

Lemonade frozen concentrate
The lemonade is brown ! I have bought 8 at Ft Morgan store & 5 at greeley CO store Dated use by Aug 5 2022. S 4785 3 all have been brown. The one today was yellow on top when I opened it but the syrup was brown Not happy as I can't find a product to use instead of this. I traveled 60 miles from Ft morgan to the Greeley store and same product no. Same problem

Deals Safeway for U issues
I get the coupons and deals in my email weekly. However, everytime I click on one of the deals from my email it says, "Sorry, there was a problem. Please add email offer manually." What am I doing wrong? How can I fix this?
When I tried to send this it says, "Your complaint appears to be too short and is unlikely to get resolved and/or to attract at least some kind of attention. Please, make it at least 350 characters long." Does this help?

On 08/20/2021 I purchased a number of items at the Safeway store # 1819 at 18495 E. Queen Creek Rd, Queen Creek, AZ 85142. At check out I showed my Safeway discount card to the checker, who verbally said he got it! Several of the items where on sale with discount card and I had one coupon for eggs. You will notice I was charged 1 cent for using a coupon! and the Dos Equis beer, was full price, even though I bought 2 cases as per that weeks ad.
The checker started to throw away the receipt until I asked for it! Now I know why. I did call your customer service at the store, who wanted me to come back and they would refund my money. However, I explained it was 16 miles away and I was leaving for several weeks that evening!

I applied for a job in Auburn California at the Safeway was told that he wanted to make me an offer and was going to send over some paperwork for me to fill out background check etc next day nothing so I called and spoke with the man he said he would send it out that day as long as I hadn't completed paperwork for the Grass valley courtesy clerk's job at Safeway which I have not the next day I tried to call him at work to see if he would forward me the packet and I was treated very Rudely by a female on the phone and it's been enough days that they're probably going to resend the offer in Grass valley which I'm not taking cuz I wanted to work it off Auburn what's the deal don't appreciate the runaround
