We are long time and loyal customers at your prescott az safeway, and have always received excellent service, however this morning after shopping with a digital coupon item, we were charged with full price, because we don't have a cell phone, and cannot afford one, husband was asked to go to the service desk for help in receiving the coupon price, when he stated to the employee we did not have a cell. Could she please do the digital for him, she said no, and that if any safeway employee did, he/she would be fired, that safeway would lose money, by performing that courtesy! She immediately refunded the purchase price. My husband was so embarrassed, and he didn't get the girls name that worked behind the desk, or I would give it to you. Maybe you should teach courtesy, and customer service to her. Maybe she was having a bad day, no excuse
