aug 6th 2025 Called safe link to ask about a replacement the one they sent me 6 months ago, refurbished which I was told would be a new one. Leers. They send me another one new customer service said. It owuld come in three business days,if I dont get it Call back. I did she said it was being sent out today another lie. Aug 9th,it never came until yesterday Aug 18th. Refurbished said it right on the box, no return sticker as promised, Opened box, no red sticker to reactivate it Spent over two hrs thinking that this cell would work after I hung up with this guy Who did not speak English at all, Kept asking him to spell what he just said, I could tell he was upset I was sking him ,he didnt know what he was talking about kept having to ask him over and over again, so now its almost ten am Im tired but plugged through it, After all that he says I hate to go buy a sym card. Really on disability, upsetting Now I have to go to walmart or target, purchase a sim card, but then have to put it in no tool to do that with nothing sent to me. Then come back and call custoner service again It will never be put on Its suppose to be Free you have changed and I can't say for the better It shouldnt be this hard to get this cell turned on Ive been with safelink when it first started and its service is worse, and they out of the country in the Philippines I want a cell that works come this way ,not have to go to a store to activated it I should Sue if I could afford a lawyer I would
