I gotta say, I've been using Grasshopper for a while now and it's been a real pain in the butt trying to get my number transferred back to my phone company. It's been over a month and they're still giving me the runaround. And get this, my phone company is also having trouble making the transfer happen. I've had this number for over 25 years and I ain't about to let it go without a fight.

The customer service is just plain awful. I've been on hold for hours and when I finally get through, the reps don't seem to know what they're doing. They keep telling me to wait and that they'll get back to me, but they never do. It's like they don't even care about my problem.

I mean, come on Grasshopper, get your act together. You're supposed to be a professional service, but you're acting like a bunch of amateurs. I'm seriously considering switching to a different provider if this doesn't get resolved soon.

Overall, I'm pretty disappointed with Grasshopper. The service itself is okay, but the customer service is just terrible. If you're thinking about using them, I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

I'm a healthcare professional who just started a new private firm. I didn't want to get new phones for my staff, so I decided to use a service like Grasshopper to route calls to my consultants. I went to their website and filled out all the required information, put in my credit card info, and clicked 'create my account'. But then, I waited and waited, and it failed to create my account. I got an error message that said, 'Error, please call support at...'. What a waste of time! I tried it again and the same thing happened. Then I tried it on my tablet, but I got the same error. I even tried on my phone using 4G, but still got the same error.

I was getting frustrated, so I finally gave in and called their support. I was put first in the queue to speak to a live agent, but the agent never picked up after waiting over 10 minutes. That's completely unacceptable! What a waste of time and effort. I was so disappointed that I would give them zero stars if I could.

However, after a few days, I decided to give them another chance. I called their support again, and this time, I was able to speak to a live agent. The agent was very helpful and patient with me. They walked me through the process of creating my account, and I was finally able to set it up successfully. I was so relieved!

Now that I have my Grasshopper account set up, I'm very happy with the service. It's very easy to use, and it's been a great way to route calls to my consultants. I'm glad I gave them another chance, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a phone service for their business.

Grasshopper seems to have a lot of phone answering services to offer. It's not too shabby of a service, but be careful when you cancel.

Grasshopper, which is owned by Logmein, can really mess with your credit card and bank account.

They'll charge you different amounts each month, so it's harder for big and small companies to notice the charges.

Grasshopper hides behind Logmein and uses untraceable reference numbers for the charges, so it's almost impossible to find them.

If you try to contact Logmein for help, they'll transfer you to Guatemala to talk to someone who can't do anything except "escalate" your inquiry.

This is a scam! Don't use LOGMEIN or GRASSHOPPER!

We found out that this is just how LOGMEIN operates, so we're going to sue them both.

LOGMEIN needs to be stopped! This is criminal!
