My warranty application was approved by Ryobi and on August 29/25 they emailed to say the new vacuum order was shipped. After many emails to them they admitted in a Dec 18/25 email that it had not yet shipped..."Be patient, your order is in the cue"
Its been in the cue for 4 months, our house is full of dust.
I sent Ryobi my receipt, we bought the vacuum at Home Depot, and I recently lodged a complaint with Home Depot.
Claimed loss: A new PCL720 One + Stick vacuum, as promised on August 29
