Kevin G is a total scam artist, if that's even his real name. He had one of his guys come to our house to check out our dryer. The repair was gonna cost us $600. The guy insisted on getting a deposit of $300 right then and there. I only had cash... big mistake. Right after I handed over the money, I realized it would be better to just buy a new one instead of fixing it. I called a bunch of times to try and get my money back, knowing there would be a service fee. But Kevin G flat out refused to give me any money back. So then I asked him to at least send me the part, but he had no clue where it was and started ignoring my calls. Luckily, with some persistence and the help of a former employee, Kevin G sent me $150 back through ***. The guy who helped me said Kevin G can't be trusted and doesn't work for him anymore... that says a lot. HE'S A SCAM ARTIST... STAY AWAY FROM HIM! PLEASE LEARN FROM MY MISTAKES!
