As someone who values clean air and suffers from allergies, my experience with Molekule has been transformative. The Molekule Air purifier not only cleared the air in my home during the California Camp fires but has continued to provide relief for my asthma and sensitivity to smoke. The sleek design and effective performance make it a standout choice. While the device is on the pricier side, the investment has been worth it for the noticeable improvement in air quality. The Molekule team's customer service, although not without its hiccups, has been responsive and helpful in addressing any concerns. Overall, Molekule has become an essential part of my daily life, ensuring that my living space remains fresh and free from pollutants. We initially bought the Molecule to reduce kitchen odors. Our kitchen is in the center of our open-plan home, but unfortunately wasn't designed with adequate ventilation. The Molecule has absolutely made a difference with home odors, as well as keeping the entire main floor free of dust and other pollutants. We also have a small dog, and I've noticed it helps with pet dander as well. But, the added bonus is this: at night we move the easily portable Molecule into our daughter's room. She USED to suffer from a blocked sinuses at night, and she USED to use nose-strips to help. The Molecule has completely eliminated her symptoms and she breathes and sleeps 100% better.

I have a severe allergy to pollen and to my dog. I could never give up my sweet dog or walking outdoors and I don't have to, I can retreat to the room where I keep my Molekule and breathe easier. I have noticed I don't wake up stuffy, needing to blow my nose, and my eyes aren't so puffy. I almost died from an allergic reaction to pollen and knew we had to do something so I could enjoy life without significant worry. That's why we decided to buy the Molekule. Quality of life was worth the price, if it worked. And boy did it work! I know I always have a room where I can breathe and get away from the things in the air that bother me. And my husband has stopped snoring! That was worth getting it all by itself!

My family and I suffer from allergies and asthma. I live in Houston, TX and with all the extreme weather changes, mold, pollen and other air pollutants out here, it's difficult to get good air quality. I've tried other air purifiers and changing, cleaning or remembering to replace the filter every 30 days was not worth the air quality they provided. Molekule has significanlty improved the air quality in our home and it even removes lingering odors as well. I bought two Molekule units for my home and after the first couple of hours, you can tell the difference right away. I am extremely impressed with how quickly the units worked to clean the air in our home. My sister came to visit and she notice the difference in the air quality right away. The unit is very user friendly and easy to setup. I highly recommend Molekule, it is worth the price tag!

I have been suffering for 30 years from chronic sinusitis and allergies. Most recently diagnosed with adult asthma. My doctors have given me albuterol and nebulizers steroids alternative antibiotics brand sudafed fluticasone propionate patanase, along w CPAP machine.
I also used alternative therapies raw honey ACV saline nasal spray and nettie pot Er Chen Wan etc.
Although, some of these methods would help alleviate some of these symptoms from time to time but nothing helped alleviate the chronic Post nasal drip in the back of my throat that would decrease respirations and keep me awake at night. Nothing resolved the swollen painful face and extreme fatigue I would have most days during the allergy season or indoor allergen reactions in certain environments especially in my own recently built home. New filters and other air purifiers did nothing but add to the regular chores of cost and maintenance until I read about Molekule. Molekule was the first design and air purifier system that I had absolute faith and symptom resolve. My morning and night regime consisted of 2 pump albuterol inhaler and during the day when I needed extra air. To installing Molekule in my home and within 24 hours forgetting to use my inhaler and as the days passed by not needing my inhaler at all. It was the first time I felt free to breathe deeply w out a nagging little cough. I am so grateful for the Molekule to finally feel comfort in the air I can inhale. This has been the best purchase I have ever made!

Adult onset asthma, after a life-long sensitivity to all sorts of allergens, seemed a cruel blow. But I managed it with all the usual helps from the pharmacy. I bought and used nearly every air-filter there is, just hoping somehow that overall it was helping the air in my place. My thinking was to try everything that doesn't make it worse' and with all those things combined with the inhalers and meds, perhaps life could be more normal.

Then came the northern California wildfires of 2017, and now again in 2018. I live so close as to see the orange glow, and be smothered in dangerous smoke for days that seemed to never end. It changed my daily decisions. It changed my travel decisions. It changed me. Of course, yes, I was one of the lucky ones. But knowing that didn't help me breathe.

Then Molekule blitzed our area in the midst of the smoke, while our daily routines were to check the fire perimeter and decide when/if to evacuate - and to where? I would have had to evacuate to breathe. But I took the chance on Molekule, who promised to expedite shipment to our fire threatened area buried in smoke.

It did arrive in 2 days as they had said. I set it up immediately and immediately felt it begin to work. My suspicions that I was so desperate that I simply wanted to believe it was different than the others' - or my fears that I had fallen for another group trying to make money on our suffering - those suspicions and fears that had remained at the back of my mind completely dissipated; and it has been nearly a year and I am just remembering this as I write. From the moment my Molekule began its' duties here, my life improved.

The air outside got worse. The air inside became better and better. I was able to stay in my own place, hunker down and ride out the storm, safely distant from the fires a dozen miles away. [If I had been advised to evacuate, I would have. Please, be safe and listen to these notices]

During the break between fires, I came to appreciate the beauty of the Molekule. It is a little work of art, and certainly an artful technological wonder. I have now changed filters and with each change, I marvel at how intuitive this is. No stress. No hassle. Just beauty, good design and clean air. I have now used the BOOST mode and, again, I marvel at it. I BOOST now, during these fires of summer of 2018, whenever I return from having opened the door to the outside.

Friends and family have asked how I've coped and I always mention the Molekule and many of them are now signed up to get their own - for allergies, new home or carpet vapors, or for medical reasons. Family in Europe have also asked about a model for their power system as they too, sadly, have seen fires this hot summer.

I recently contacted Molekule to request a refund because the third unit they sent us is too noisy to use in our bedroom when it's in "silent" mode. The first unit we purchased in October 2018 started making a low-frequency growl after about four months. It was easy to get a replacement, but after ten months, the replacement started emitting a very high-pitched squeal. Once again, it was not difficult to get a replacement, but unfortunately, the third one is extremely loud and growly right from the beginning. I sent a refund request, but it was denied.

Doesn't filter the air any better than other units on the market for a far less price. After the first replacement filter, a few months after receiving the new Molekule unit, the unit stopped working. Molekule sent another filter and of course, the unit still did not operate correctly. They offered to take the unit back and replace the unit. Good right? You would think so, BUT... I had to buy a box to return the unit and after they received the unit, they sent me a REFURBISHED unit. Who wants a unit that had problems and is now allegedly fixed as a replacement? When you return a defective appliance, you should receive a new replacement. I mean, this is a $1,000.00 unit and your expectations of quality is high. When I questioned receiving a refurbished unit, Molekule said it is against their policy to replace defective units with another new unit. And the new unit was only several months old. I am now trying to get a full refund. So, BUYER BEWARE, do not purchase a Molekule, they do not last, they do not filter air any better than other units on the market and Molekule does not stand behind their product.

I had spent $805 to purchase the Molekule air filter strictly due to their claims about removing VOCs and being a highly strong HEPA filter. After purchasing, I didn't notice much of a difference, but continued to purchase filters. I recently read an article where Dyson was able to test and refute 26 marketing claims that Molekule removed from their marketing materials including their that VOCs we're independently tested (their own directors owned the facility) and other various claims about their actual performance as an air filter. Molekule agreed to adjust their marketing in response.I also recently bought a dust and VOC tester and confirmed NO CHANGES when the filter was running for hours. However opening my window reduced those metrics in just a few minutes. I do not trust Molekule and am filing a complaint. My wife and I have allergies and I personally have started to develop Additional pulmonary issues confirmed by my doctor. I want a full refund including filters purchased.

I purchased 4 of their air purification units under a 30 day trail - full refund policy. A week after receiving the units I decided to return these units for a full refund under their internet posted 30 trail policy. I have generated 3 phone calls and over 15 emails to them and have been told that they will be sending me an email with instructions for the return long with pre-paid labels. To date this company has remained silent in regards to this matter.
