It was working..about 1 tank full.
Then while the motor is running, the spray became spotty. Then i had to wait 20 seconds between sputtering spray.
Seamed clogged. But even after detaching all hoses, checking the suction hose. Still...will not pump. Seems like the pump itself has broken.
Thing has onlt been used couple of times.
And no debris is in it.
Just seems to not pump.. yes it does not give the dame sound it used to when under a load of spraying.
Please help me figure this out or..get me a new one. I like your products. This one needs help

I have 18v hp 4 ah battery that is less than a year old, not used much. Has been charged a few times. Well, i was going to use it, i had used it the day before, but this time the charge lights would not indicate any charge.
When put on the charger it flashed red = defective.
Same on other chargers.
It literally has less than 12 hours use.
Please help
