Appliance Parts Pros Thieves

Don't buy from this company. They say they guarantee refund on returns but they only refund a paltry 1/8 of what you paid for the item. If you try calling you are on hold for over a 1/2 hour before anyone picks up. I'm sure they turn around and resell the part either new of used and keep most of what you paid originally and then profit off of reselling it. They also make you wait over 30 days before you even see the miniscule amount they refund. So, you are out of pocket for the majority of what you paid and have nothing but agitation and frustration to show for it.
