Bought a Ryobi Brushless Grinder. When I got home and opeded the box I noticed that the Spanner Wrench which is used to loosen and tighten the grinding disc to the grinder was missing. Went back to HOME DEPOT and opened another NEW Box and noticed it too was missing the wrench. When I contacted RYOBI they kept putting the blame on Home Depot even though they did the packaging. They refuse to send the required wrench and keep sending their canned response. Since their response tthis problem was to deflect, I would highly recommend buying another Brnd as their customer service will not accept blame and do what is right
