Went in to do a return and noticed they had charged me twice for one item that was $17.99. They acted like I was lying took my receipt, and I waited 20 minutes. They said they had to look at security footage. Surprised they didn't have the cops come and fingerprint me for some bi heist. Talk about insulting someone's integrity over $18. The manager and little sales twit were obnoxious, acting all high and mighty in their $16.00 an hour position. I will never go back to that store again. Don't need to, plenty of stores in town know how to treat their customers.
Recommendation: Would not recommend this store go to Marshalls or Burlington, customer service and quality merchandise is much better than the trash at Ross. Plus the stores are cleaner and more organized
Hey sorry for that horrible experience , but i have experienced the same treatment several times . This last time I actually overheard them saying my discretion over there walkie - talkies . I was like what the heck when asked the lost prevention guy he was like what what ? I didn’t say that . He said that he was told I change price tags . What the hell how dare you insult me . I am a proud American that’s going to med school . For you to accuse me of this it would end my life . I think honesty coming from a Latin background nothing that there’s no diversity working there doesn’t help . The person who started this rumor about me was a immigrant that still continues to bully me every time I go . I am trying to get a class action lawsuit on them . Please let me know if anyone feels like justice needs to be heard .
