Two weeks ago, I stopped by the Ross Dress for Less on my way home from a business trip. I purchased a few dresses and two pair of sunglasses. When I was checking out, the cashier asked me if I wanted the sunglasses in the shopping bag. I told her yes and thank you. When I got home, 50 minute drive, I realized that the sunglasses were not in the bag.

I called the store and spoke to the manager and she stated she would speak to her supervisor about mailing them to me and that she would get back to me. I received a phone call that evening from the cashier who was suppose to put the glasses in the bag and she asked for my mailing address and told me that she would mail the glasses to me. She explained that the supervisor was NOT going to mail them herself. It has been almost two weeks and I have not received my sunglasses.
