Today I took my daughter to Ross to shop for clothes at the Kirby location by the Reliant stadium 06/27/203 around 8:45pm and when she went to try on clothes the lady working the fitting room told my daughter she had 8 minutes to try on clothes. My daughter had around 15 items to try on but was only able to try on a few. When my daughter came out of the fitting room she told the lady that she didn’t want a few items and try to give her the ones she didn’t want the lady at the fitting room told my daughter she had already cleaned and that my daughter had to go put up the clothe her self. That is very unprofessional and that’s why she gets paid at Ross to put up clothe.
Since when does the customer have to put up clothes at Ross?
Desired outcome: That the employee be addressed and written up because she was very rude to my daughter who’s only 13 years old. How can Ross have employees that are rude to a child.
