Okay, so on Saturday between 9:20 PM and 9:30 PM, you purchased two dresses at the Ross Dress for Less in Buena Park. When I approached the register, the cashier was laughing and talking to her coworker and, what I later found out, the manager about sexual harassment. I guess she had accidentally touched someone in the wrong way and the manager has said that’s what she call sexual harassment joking around and she was just giddy and laughing and really not attentive to me so she went on to take my Dresses one I intend to wear on Monday for my birthday and she took it and balded it up and tried to like put it in the bag. I asked her could she actually fold it so that it doesn’t get wrinkled and she shot me a look and then handed me the bag and said do it yourself? I don’t I don’t want to mess it up. I could tell that she was being unkind but passive aggressive. I said why would I do it myself you work here not me and then I ask her. You really not know how to fold it up and then she smashed it back and folded it a little. I said thank you. I intend to wear it for my birthday on Monday. She ignored me and went on to fold the next dress and then handed me the receipt. Never said thank you or apologize or anything and I’m just not used to that type of behavior for all the years that I’ve shopped at Ross. People are usually nice. They’re known for having security greet you when you walk in and then I got that. I asked her for the manager and she pointed and said he’s right there. I think that she was just so comfortable with the way that she treated me because she appears to be friends with the manager. When I explained to him how I felt and what had happened, he just looked at me and said I’m sorry. Never that he would talk to her or try to correct the situation or anything. I’m going to take my money elsewhere.
They were all Mexican and I’m black.
