On 03/01/2020 around 9:00pm security raymon started a fight/arugment with me about a toy that was missing a piece for the price of $12.99. He got in my face and told me that I could not return the item with a receipt. I never in my life been treated with so much disrepect. Whe did security became the manager, assaulted me in front of customers. Who does that?

He got in my face and told me that I could not return the item with a receipt. I never in my life been treated with so much disrepect. When did security became the manager? I FELT ASSAULTED. AND HE YELLING AT THE TOP OF HIS LUNGS AT ME IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS. WHO DOES THAT? One of the other associate T male had to come between the security Raymon and me.if this security Raymon is what REPRESENT ROSS, BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
