Ross Dress for Less review: not being able to buy glasses

While I was finishing paying I saw some glasses that I love ..the glasses didn't have a price but one employee that was taking care of me and said there 4.98..
I responded with I'll take them ..the manager came over and said they couldnt sell them to me cause it didnt have a price tag..and that they had to go through a process to figure it out how much were they and to see if there was no damage to the glasses but other than that I told him I would have bought them to me it didn't matter if they were had damage or not...I shop in that location ..5 times a week ..and fore to get a ..No you can't buy. I was speechless don't I come here most of the time I couldn't believe it?
