Ross Dress for Less - Managers issues

Worked for Ross 7 years as part time and full time associate. Last Ross was my 4th location with transfer. this store located at spring Cypress Tx.25843 us 290 Cypress TX 77429. I transferred in October 2019 and worked very hard over there reorganized all store make nice and nit even I've seen rewiews that customers start like more because store was disaster. I came with my store manager from other store and we worked together very hard to reorganize. The lady store manager did not have a assistant for 10 month. She was overwhelmed by associates because there were alot lazy people who did not like her personaly. She resign after 4month to quit she could not take it anymore. The district manager only cares about himself he only make a promising and never do anything. He bring his own people he knows his name is Dewey Matthews and he only 2 years working at Ross. He won't promote any one good workers inside a store he hiring people from outside never offer associate s in side a store who really deserve positions. He bring with no experience at all with retail before. Giving them good pay and so on. Also he brought guy he knows da viante name of new store mngr guy running 3 stores at once. The manager who supported to be new one quit right away because he won't be there. He also brought guy as assistant manager who is a gey he onlly walking around doing nothing or sit in office all day long till he go home. His name is Quinten Hopkins. He walking around and talking to people about his personal life all day on the phone with attitude to sertain associates. District go around so fast asking how it's going and promise to fix but he don't do any thing never answer his phone calls. He can't be trusted at all. He hold positions who he knows. Quiet discrimination going on there. I was back up mod they stop make me work as back up mod or other duties they prefer old woman name Sylvia part time associate from stock room they prefer her every where as a big privilege for her. She knows more from managers then anybody else. It is make people upset who might do they duties not she might do it. After when I've told Da viante Carter store manager I want to go back to my previous store he basically changed in face and I see he got mad. He told me he can't transfer me he needs to replace my position but I asked him till Monday it was Thur sday. Then later he called me in office and told me he transfer red me because district wants it right away. They never liked me personally that's why it was so hard to work with them and because I'm white another issue. They all blacks and prefer give privilege same color as them. after I've told store mngr I go he go around and asked only black people to replace my position. They did not care if I worked hard all pretenders but haters inside. They never been appreciate me. I can tell how they don't like white people because those day he yell at sps guy so laud and I did not like his voice no respect. Very unprofessional gossips. Low customer service and attitude to associates they like visper offer position and more race to black people. I wish anything can be take action about them because they do what they want over there. People working with groups other area supervisor Berta Padron doing nothing walking around also and talking gossip s with her associate from her Salvador country every minute. Then she go to office and tell all over there. It was very hard work with them I never seen store like that before. Of corporate don't know what's going on in this location. Also assistant store mngr asking associate s call and ask how they want him see as a store manager. This guy gave two weeks notice to go bit district keeps him over there. And talking that he won't. Him in store. Assistant store manager doing wrong schedule he has favorite people he giving them more hours then full time associate s. And it is not really busy people walking around don't having job to do. And full time people 37 hrs and he giving 48 or 56 with no days off. Please if someone can take action to this location. Store phone number is [protected] also I've heard from assistant manager that previous store manager was my protection but it's not a true I was regular associate and was transferred to this store as full time to help but never been appreciated. Only promise be promoted but can't be trusted.
