Ross Dress for Less review: management rudeness

This Manager, Friday Ann is very rude. I met her at another location and she ignores you when you talk to her and with a stone face treats you like she doesn't care if customers are staying or going.in PA the stores that I shop at never charge a tax on clothes.in different Ross stores this policy is different. Some stores do charge the tax some do not. I asked her why and she treated me with a rude look in her face, as I am beneath her and not even worth her time. The other day, she was covering for Warminster store and unfortunately I had to deal with her again. Her Managenent decisions are very poor and she should not be in the position she is in. I am a regular at Ross stores and spend a lot of money there. It makes me wonder if it is ever appreciated and if the customer really worries about customers and their opinions.
