Ross Dress for Less review: employment

Hi. My name is Tierra Sinclair and I'm writing a complaint about the Ross: Dress For Less. I work for the one here in Fayetteville, NC in the 28311 area... I've been working for this store going on three years in September. The management is okay but can be rude sometimes. I don't make much money because I work once a week or every other week and I work only 4 hours. It seems as if they treat me like I don't have potential to work for this store. I never had any complaints about my work ethics but its like if I miss a day; they'll call me the day before my next day of work and tell me not to come in. On top of that I have to walk to work because I don't have transportation. I feel hopeless because this my only source of income and I have bills to pay. I don't receive any type of help nor government assistance so its hard for me to get groceries, household supplies, pay bills, take care of my kitten Simba and buy clothes for myself. I'm a hard worker whenever I'm at work, I love my job but I hate they don't give me hours. I'm always broke. I have to starve just to keep food in my house and its causes me to be depressed, I have anxiety and I get stressed out when I can't pay my bills on time. I feel like I'm working at this job for no reason the way they treat me. I SEROUSLLY NEED HELP FINANCIALLY BEFORE I BECOME HOMELESS.
