10:10am 3/30/2024 Fort Smith, AR - 3-4 employees (1 was the cashier ringing up my transaction ) all discussing how much they "hate customers" and how they are inconvenienced by us being there. Also complaining about the policy of how only the manager can retrieve purses for customers. This indicates Ross reps do not want customers in their store? They said very little to me as I made my purchase...! Will not patronize Ross anymore. Will shop entirely local businesses as they are thankful for customers.
