Signed up for 2 new phone plans and a TV and Internet package. The TV and Internet plan, on the contract said 130.00, but he had quote me 110.00 which would go down to 105. when I signed up for for direct payment. his call to his manager Raghav Dhawan said he would change it on the first bill. The message from the salesperson MD Lftekhar said-as discussed on door after correcting your home address your monthly bill for TV and Internet will be 105.00 including $5 pre authorization discount. he sent in the fit form to his manager so it could be corrected

Claimed loss: $25-30 a month for 2 years approximately $600.00

Desired outcome: plan corrected to the amount of $105.00 for the 2 year plan
