I got 2 Samsung tablets back in September from Adam and as per our conversation I should not be paying any charges for the tablet for 24 months. However, my bill says otherwise. I am paying $35 at the moment for 2 tablets. This is outrageous. If this was been told to me at the time of purchase I would have been mindful of the purchase. I have tried to reach out to you guys for the resolution but have seen no results and I still keep paying for it. I reached out to Customer Service department and they said they can't do anything about it and I should go to the store and get resolved. I feel like I am being tossed around. Can you please help me get resolved the charges as I am very much frustrated with this whole thing. Seeking your kind co-operation in this matter and urgent resolution.
