Rogers is, without question, the worst company I have ever dealt with.
I have had this phone since September, and it has been faulty from the beginning. The device constantly has issues with the time displaying incorrectly, missed text messages, missed phone calls, and unreliable service. People have genuinely worried about me because I am normally very reliable, yet important messages simply do not come through.
When I asked Rogers to replace the phone they sold me, I was told it would cost me an additional $300 to upgrade or change it, despite the fact that the phone has never functioned properly. They sent me to Apple for assistance, and Apple told me there was nothing they could do and that I needed to return to Rogers. Rogers then refused to resolve the issue.
I feel like I was sold a complete lemon and then left to deal with the consequences. Save your money and take your business elsewhere. Based on my experience, I would never recommend Rogers to anyone.
