I’ve been inundated with calls promising the top of the line free iPhone and cut to prices on my bill and stuff too good to be true. These people are very obviously using fake names. I got a bill for a cellphone that was supposed to be free that I returned. I need a live person to fix what has gone wrong but the AI assistant won’t let me talk to a live person. This is not good for my health and is causing a lot of stress. I want to cancel everything now and look for other providers. I’m sure it can’t be worse than this treatment.
