I have repeatedly asked Rogers for a detailed breakdown on the Additional Charges on my bill and I just keep getting a generic answer that has zero details. I specifically asked for the full breakdown on the $44.75 per month that appears on my bill, $36.67 is for a device financing charge and yet the HST on this is $8.08 which is well above 13% HST. Rogers has continually failed to provide any details regarding what hidden charge is being added to my bill that would increase the HST to $8.08 when HST on $36.67 is $4.77 not $8.08. Customer billing should be fully transparent with NO HIDDEN CHARGES!
