Bill was increased by 30%. I am unable to sign into the account online as all they send are email bills. When I finally got through after an hour + waiting they could not help and were to get someone else to call me back. That was 2 weeks ago. We are going to a different provider as they are right up there in price now with Starlink.
Recommendation: Avoid Rogers at all cost. If you have questions you will never get through to them
