I got a samsung 2024 FE in July 2025. it is a business phone and i am having problem with it cutting out on both ends like it has a bad connection. Also it sometimes does not ring and puts the call directly to my voice mail. I am paying 10.00 a month for a 24 month period and then the buy out is 120.00.
I want to get a better phone and they want me to pay 899.00 plus hst to buy out the phone for me to get another one. Even though I will own it for another 330.00 in total payments. I can send out the phone to samsung to get repaired as it is under warranty but I can not get a loaner and in business I cant be without a phone. I have been with Rogers since 1985 and have given them over a quarter of a million dollars in total payments. They will not let me upgrade or give back the phone or buy it out for 330.00. Please do not buy anything from Rogers because they don't care about you and only want to extort as much money from you as possible.

Recommendation: stay clear of Rogers
