I just received a phone call from Rogers asking if I want to change my mobile service to their company I politely explained I had already compared plans from the company I'm currently with and I'm happy with what I have, they just said thank you and hung up like wtf you could have at least said thanks for taking time to answer the call or something not just hang up.
Recommendation: Make sure to get the name of the worker in writing so you can file a formal complaint.
