Since Rogers took over my Shaw account,my internet has dropped at least 10+ times a day, customer service is non-existence as they tell you do it yourself online. When you do get someone you have been directed to select english and get a non-english speaking person who is reading from a response list. I switched to Rogers because I had no choice and they have not fulfilled any commitments made to me.; I am shopping around now...
Recommendation: Don't do it!
