eBay review: Restricted account for no reason

I have been a customer on eBay for over 13 years and never had an issue until recently. Out of nowhere, eBay restricted my bids and offers. I did not receive a message or email as to why. I only received a pop up that’s says “ Looks like another account you use has items that weren't paid for, so we restricted your account to Buy It Now.

The issue is that I have never had another account and have always paid for every item I bid on or made an offer on. I have spoken with 3 customer service representatives who have all stated that it is a “glitch” and would be fixed within 24 hours, yet it has never been fixed. At this point I will be closing my account.
