Have rung eBay security twice to say that I am not receiving texts to sign in. The second time I spoke to a lady who appeared to be Chinese. Had difficulty understanding her. I told her the problem but all she did was give me a reference number. The problem wasn't solved and I was on the phone for an hour with her! I chatted with Sundeep today and he tols me that I need to contact security again. I have absolutely NO intentionm of doing so. Absolutely atrocious service!
