eBay review: eBay is constantly lying buyer beware

Purchased item on eBay. Charge is made by eBay. Ebay didn't ship the item never provided tracking number, ebay protected seller never responded to a single question and request. Ebay kept the money, refused to cancel transaction even though item was never shipped and refused to refund the money in good faith. Ebay is acting in a criminal way and in bad faith. Request my bank to step in. God bless JP Morgan Bank. Stay away from this fraudulent aka Ebay company. Closed my account there for good.
