I have been trying to get a $64+ refund for over 3 months on a eBay item that was never delivered. Below is the eBay response and still no refund. Now all I get a chat program that does not have my type of problem. All get is it has been over the limit to solve the problem. I’m hoping this will be a warning to anyone wants to buy eBay. There’s other places on the internet that sell the same items and more which have a much better track record. Below is what I received from eBay that they will not honor.

Sorry to hear of your experience! Ebay money back guarantee useless. My item never arrived and the courier lied about delivery, but could not provide a photo to prove delivery to my address or indeed anywhere else, therefore no possibility of me finding it! I opened a case with Ebay and they decided as tracking from the courier showed delivery to the postcode [a huge area] that it must be with me, so no refund! Now I have neither parcel nor refund. Thoroughly disillusioned by ebay and won’t use again.
